Relax in the hot tub whilst enjoying great sea views across Cardigan Bay. This Holiday Cottage is on a working farm and enjoys an elevated position to make the most of the coastal views. Aberaeron and Aberystwyth are just a short drive away making this a great location to explore the West Wales coast.

Large fully equipped kitchen and diner, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine and full sized fridge freezer with sufficient appliances and utensils. 

Lounge with comfy L shaped sofa, smart TV, and patio doors so you can enjoy the sea views.

Bathroom with walk-in wet room, WC, heated towel rail and basin.

Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom, fully furnished, dressing table with lovely sea views.

Bedroom 2 -  Super king or twin (SK as default so please let us know when booking if you require twin), fully furnished.

Rear patio area with hot tub, BBQ, outdoor shower, side and rear lawn areas, facing the sea views. Garden table and chairs.

Beautiful cottage with a stunning view, very well equipped, very clean, lots of books, games & DVDs. Owners were lovely & friendly and were very accommodating.

Lovely cottage, very spacious kitchen with all mod cons with plenty of space for dinning table to seat 6 people easily. Living room looks out to stunning sea view. All beds were comfortable and owner will accommodate any bed set up - we had 1 double and 2 sets of singles. Loads of outdoor space to sit out and relax, go in hot tub and watch beautifuRead morel sunsets. There is also picnic bench and swing ball for more energetic. Really nice lady greeted us and talked us through things when we arrived, to be honest we didn't need to speak to her again as everything worked as it should and there was plenty of everything. A really lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the world, the view from the hot tub in the evening is just wonderful. Absolutely brilliant. One of the bests sea views from a cottage we've had! Sunsets are amazing to watch. Very clean very homely. Lovely owners available if needed. My grandkids adored the adorable friendly dogs greeting them each day. Fab pebbly beach you can park your car on really close to the sea but also within walking distance. Hot tub Read morethe best. Amazing stay at Ty Jim with stunning views out to sea. Very well stocked kitchen with cutlery and crockery. Large selection of DVDs for adults and children a selection of game and books. Immaculately clean throughout with plenty of storage in each bedroom. There was even a telescope in a draw for when the sky is clear for anyone wanting to look at Read morethe stars. A lovely well equipped house with everything we needed. Great location, nice walks to the coast, local shop and pub. Great hosts and the little one loved seeing the cows and dogs on the farm.

We had a wonderful holiday. The owners are lovely. They couldn't do enough to make the holiday wonderful. The cottage is extremely well equipped. We took things with which they had in the cottage. Very happy with the cottage and owners.

We had a wonderful week at Ty Jim. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay. The property was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen, plenty of space, Netflix on the TV and of course the fabulous hot tub with the amazing sea views. Ty Jim felt like a home away from home with the addition of a wonderful hot tub. Amazing views to the sea and beautiful birds of prey soaring overhead. Handy for travelling North or South along the coast. A very warming and comfortable place to stay.

We had a fantastic week long stay at Ty Jim. The views and scenery from the cottage were wonderful and the location was very quiet and peaceful but not too far away from local amenities. The local amenities include a well stocked shop, a lovely traditional pub, a fantastic fish and chip shop and a butchers. The owners were very welcoming and frieRead morendly and the cottage itself was very well equipped - it even had a swing ball set with rackets to keep our kids entertained! The hot tub was lovely and the views from it were beautiful - definitely take a dip on a clear night, the stars are incredible - we lost count of the shooting stars and satellites we spotted!! All in all, our stay was wonderful and we all felt well rested after our stay so that you for having us! Hide

Ty Jim was a fab place to stay, it was very clean and had everything we needed and was a great size for 6 of us. The view was amazing and it was well located for exploring the Ceredigion coastline. We loved staying here it was a beautiful location with a stunning outlook, watching the sunset over the sea in the evenings. The hosts were available when required, checking we got there ok, as we were later arriving than expected and regularly checking the hot tub. The property was clean and very well equipped- the host was thoughtful enough to pRead morerovide plastic cups for the hot tub (no glass allowed). The farm is a working farm with cattle just over the fence and the dogs were so friendly and well trained, it can give one an enormous confidence boost to have dogs so delighted when you get there and a wagging tail every time you step outside!!! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring this beautiful area of wales but were blessed to return to Ty Jim at the end of the day! Hide
