This charming cottage is in the centre of Briston and within walking distance of the butchers, the local village store, and pubs. Briston is a thriving village and the perfect starting point for a North Norfolk holiday. The surrounding countryside is great for walking, cycling, riding and birdwatching, which can be found in and around the many quiet lanes in this area. Venture a little further afield to discover the delightful Georgian town of Holt (4 miles) with its cafe culture, art and antique galleries and boutique shopping. From here you can take the small gauge steam railway on the coastal line to the lovely seaside town of Sheringham or take the car to the Victorian cliff top coastal town of Cromer (13 miles) with its famous pier, sandy beach and traditional seaside attractions.
An eclectic mix of furniture gives this quaint cottage a fun vintage vibe. Enter into the modern kitchen with everything you need to serve up a delicious home cooked meal. The open-plan living/dining area is perfect for socialising and relaxing after long days of exploring. In the cooler months, light the wood burner and while away the evenings chatting, eating and drinking. A downstairs shower room completes the ground floor. Head upstairs and you will find three comfortable bedrooms; two with double beds and one with bunk beds and an additional single bed. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.
Outside offers a good sized, fully enclosed, lawned garden with garden furniture and charcoal barbeque. Enjoy the clean Norfolk air and dine alfresco or catch the morning sun with a good book and a cuppa.
This is a traditional cottage with low ceilings and steep stairs and may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
