A 5 minute walk will take you to the foot ferry to Polruan or the sheltered, sandy beach at Readymoney Cove and from here you can join the coast path towards Gribbin Head for spectacular views and places of historical interest. The main hub of independent shops, galleries and eateries is a short stroll away but the beauty of this house is that its position up a private path ensures that it is not overlooked and is tucked away from passing traffic.
66 Esplanade is set across three floors with the living accommodation on the first floor and is designed to make the most of the marvellous outlook. The front entrance door leads into a spacious hallway and on to the main bedroom, a twin room, bathroom and utility room with rear entrance door. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living room takes up most of the first floor and there is a handy shower room on this level also. Two further bedrooms are found on the third floor set in the eaves with some lovely characterful features. This very well-equipped house has good proportions, is decorated in a warm coastal palette and feels bright and welcoming.
