The front entrance leads to the lengthy hallway where there is storage for coats and shoes and wooden flooring is provided throughout the ground floor. The sitting room has large windows giving an abundance of natural light into the room. The lounge offers ideal flexibility for all with two areas which can be separated using the folding doors in the centre or open up the doors for one large room for everyone to socialise together. The area to the front of the property has soft furnishings for six people and a wood burner for those cosy winter breaks. Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
