Ideal for capturing the early morning sun or stunning evening sunsets. The newly fitted kitchen is very well equipped with all you would need for your self catering stay. In addition there is a ground floor cloakroom with WC. There are three light and spacious bedrooms on the first floor with ample storage for belongings. The bathroom has a bath with an over bath double head shower. Situated in central Southwold this property is in prime location being only a three minute stroll from the beach and the popular Southwold pier. Shop: 0.3 miles Pub: 0.3 miles.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the markime of booking.et place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

A lovely house on a quiet road with parking. A short walk to the beach which was ideal and exactly what we had wanted in choosing the house. Southwold is a great place to visit.

Beautiful house. Well decorated in a vintage vibe. Lovely and clean. Nice and cosy and the wood burning stove gives a snug feel. Right near the pier and a short walk from town. Can't wait to revisit.
