Situated in the heart of Porthleven with the shops, Post Office and restaurants being just a minute's stroll away, it is so handy for all that this thriving fishing village has to offer, yet still retains an air of tranquility, being tucked away on a fairly quiet and peaceful lane.
GROUND FLOOR
Living Room: A lovely light and airy room with a large, comfortable corner sofa and recliner chair around the woodburning stove, enabling it to become a cozy retreat at the end of a long day at the beach. Flatscreen TV, DVD player; DVDs, books and boardgames are all provided in the bookcase for your entertainment and a sliding door opens onto the patio area at the back of the house, perfect for the end of the day.
Dining Room: A second large room which also has a sitting area with a comfy reclining chair with another flatscreen TV and DVD player for alternative viewing. Large dining table and chairs, sideboard with jigsaws, games and toys also provided.
Open plan leading through into the Kitchen: Equipped with all that you could require: ceramic hob with fan oven, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Downstairs Cloakroom with WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: Hypnos King sized bed (5'), bedside tables, drawers, wardrobe
En-Suite Shower Room: with sea views in the distance and glimpse of the clocktower, large walk in shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable Double Bed (4'6"), bedside tables, drawers and hanging space for clothes, this room has two windows; one with far reaching views of the countryside and the other is a lovely feature bay window with seating which has views of the harbour and a glimpse of the sea.
Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds (3'), wardrobe, TV and DVD player.
Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds (3'), bedside table, drawers, wardrobe.
Bedroom 5: Single bed (3'), bedside table, wardrobe.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
GARDEN AND PARKING
At the front of the property there is a wide block paved drive with room for 2 cars and a grass lawn.
At the rear there is a lovely private enclosed garden which also has a good lawn and large patio area with brick built-in BBQ. There is also a very handy outside shower area for rinsing off sand or your dogs. Patio table and chairs are provided, along with 2 loungers.
Pets: Maximum of 2 well behaved dogs. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided ( please bring your own cot bedding).
