Tucked away in the pretty village of Perranuthnoe, West Cornwall is 4 Withey Cottages. This modern three bedroom cottage offers spectacular sea and countryside views, with the benefit of being just a few minutes’ walk to the popular sandy beach. Cosy up in front of the woodburner during the winter months, or soak in the sun and far reaching sea views from the enclosed garden in the summertime.

Perranuthnoe is a secret gem, tucked in a quiet location between Marazion and Praa Sands. The long stretch of sandy beach is ideal for families; sand castles and beach games are plentiful in the summertime. The Cabin and Peppercorn Cafe are popular during the daytime, with The Victoria Inn offering good food and drink choices in the evening. Out of season, the local surfers can be found seeking out the swell from this beach, but whether you like getting your feet wet or not, there is plenty to explore from this area. Penzance, Marazion, Praa Sands and Porthleven are all within a 15 minute drive or less and offer plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés to visit.

Lovely comfortable house set in a quiet village near to the beach. The house was spacious and had everything you could need for a holiday. There was a pub and two cafes which sold amazing food! It wasn't far from the main road and access to Falmouth and Penzance was easy. Thank you.

A lovely cottage that easily and comfortably sleeps 6. The location and views were really special, close to the beach and two very nice cafe/restaurants and a very nice pub close by. So good we will be returning in 2025.

Although it could do with some tlc and a few minor, but important, improvements, this is a very nice, spacious house in a great location, with a small but attractive garden. We would book it again. The village of Perranuthnoe is lovely, very friendly and with two excellent cafs and an excellent pub. The house is metres from the South West Coast patRead moreh. Hide

A warm and comfortable house in a great location. The view was amazing. The house is very spacious and would be ideal for a relaxed family holiday near the beach. It could do with a bit of updating but is more than adequate. The village is very nice with a good pub and two cafes. We had a good week.

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Stayed for Christmas week and managed to cook a full Christmas dinner in the more than adequate oven. It looks like the owners have taken note of past reviews by adding under cupboard lights and essential bits and pieces in the kitchen. Also fridge freezer was big enough to fit all our Christmas essentials inRead more. It would be nice to have a dish washer but that certainly didnt spoil things. Mince pies left for us was a lovely touch. We had a really lovely Christmas and certainly made use of the wonderful wood burner. Hide

The property is an end terrace with off road parking to the rear. It is a little dated and would benefit from some refurbishment especially the shower. The central heating was more than sufficient, but the wood burner was a nice to have and had to be used! Excellent location with easy access to the coastal path and local beach. Very good cafes and Read moresuperb food served at the local pub, all within 2 minute walk. Garden is not fully enclosed and has a low wall that dogs can easily jump. Overall we had a great week and are planning to rebook for next year. Hide

A perfect location for exploring the south coast with a gorgeous beach and the south west coast path quite literally on the doorstep. Lovely, quiet little village and a great view from the property.

Fabulous location. The property just needs lots of money spending on it to make it more in line with other properties of this price. Kitchen especially needs gutting, knocking through etc
