St Gwithians has been in the same family for more than 45 years and is a much loved holiday home comprising 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate WC. Downstairs there is a large living room with through dining area and a separate kitchen. The property enjoys spectacular views over the harbour and out to sea. Outside there is a terrace with a table and chairs, overlooking the harbour and the bustling town of Porthleven.

Lounge: Smart freeview play TV with separate DVD player.  Fantastic sea views, electric coal effect fire.
Dining Area:  Dining table, Welsh dresser and original iglenook fireplace with electric fire.
Kitchen: Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King size (5'), chest of drawers, bedside drawers and unrivalled harbour views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, bedside table.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3'), chest of drawers, fabulous harbour views.
Landing:  Chest of drawers and wardrobe space 
Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, basin.
WC: Separate WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Enclosed courtyard with plants.
Patio to the front with table and chairs and fabulous sea and harbour views.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. £25 per week per pet
Heating: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please order in advance.

The location is spectacular. This is the third time we have stayed at No.7 and have stayed in different properties on the same row a number of times over the last 20 years. The house has all amenities a family or group of 5 would need. We had such a lovely stay at St Gwithians - 7 Bay View Terrace. The cottage was really well equipped with everything we needed, which made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. The beds were especially comfy we all slept so well every night! The standout feature has to be the view its absolutely incredible. Sitting and looking out over theRead more harbour and sea was a highlight of the trip, whatever the weather. The location is perfect too, with everything within easy reach, and the cottage itself felt cosy and homely throughout. The house is clean, very comfortable and homely. The location, of course, is the best. We absolutely loved it. But, be warned, there are a number of steps leading up to the terrace and more up to the house that 'might' be a problem if you have heavy luggage or if you have a health problem.

This is a charming cottage in a fantastic central location. Great views over the harbour was lovely to wake up to. Beds are very comfortable . It does require some updating and maintenance. Due to its location and damp issue a dehumidifier is in operation overnight and requires daily emptying. Some earplugs recommended if you are a light sleeper. Perfect location. Views of the harbour and the sea. Close to all the shops / eateries etc but was nice and quiet. Good quality bed linen and wonderful fluffy white towels. Very well equipped kitchen. Thank you so much for the cream tea welcome pack. We will be back soon.

Its the third year in a row we have stayed at this cottage and we love it. Its perfectly positioned and very clean and comfortable.
