St Gwithians has been in the same family for more than 45 years and is a much loved holiday home comprising 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate WC. Downstairs there is a large living room with through dining area and a separate kitchen. The property enjoys spectacular views over the harbour and out to sea. Outside there is a terrace with a table and chairs, overlooking the harbour and the bustling town of Porthleven.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: Smart freeview play TV with separate DVD player.  Fantastic sea views, electric coal effect fire.
Dining Area:  Dining table, Welsh dresser and original iglenook fireplace with electric fire.
Kitchen: Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King size (5'), chest of drawers, bedside drawers and unrivalled harbour views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, bedside table.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3'), chest of drawers, fabulous harbour views.
Landing:  Chest of drawers and wardrobe space 
Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, basin.
WC: Separate WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Enclosed courtyard with plants.
Patio to the front with table and chairs and fabulous sea and harbour views.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. £25 per week per pet
Heating: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please order in advance.

Fantastic place to stay, the house itself was clean and warm and had everything youd expect. The kitchen was small but wasnt a problem. Towels and bedding were very good quality. Water was constantly hot which is a bonus and the views from the house and patio were exceptional. Patio furniture and seat pads provided too which was good. There werRead moree 4 adults in our party and was very comfortable, the area has great walks to loe bar, across the beach, around the harbour and theres always something going on from boats sailing out to locals {and tourists) braving the waters in the outer harbour (we went in March) and theres always surfers enjoying the waves. All in all a great holiday Hide

What a great location - right by the "splashiest" bit of the harbour! Really enjoyed my stay in this well appointed house. Great for couples and small families.

The cottage is superbly located, just a short walk from beaches and shops and restaurants. It had a quirky, family feel to it. It has a very well equipped kitchen and some convenience items like blankets, laundry equipment and dog bowls and toys if you are bringing your four legged friends. I absolutely loved our stay here.

2nd time stayed here, no money being spent on the property and for the price you pay theres cheaper options on the same row with a lot better prices and comfort levels needs updating
