We are delighted to be able to offer this beautiful holiday accommodation with private entrance set over two floors. The windows and balcony overlook the courtyard in the St Elvan's Court development which was completed in 2004 on the harbourside in Porthleven.

6 St Elvan's offers contemporary accommodation in the most historic part of Porthleven, yards from the harbour, restaurants and pubs and a short stroll from the beach. The property comprises one double bedroom with four poster bed and en suite with shower, twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath and shower over. The main living area is open plan with spacious dining and lounge areas and a well-fitted and equipped kitchen. There is a further sitting room/play area on the ground floor and a small balcony. Oak floors, granite worktops, leather furniture and attention to detail in every area gives the feeling of luxury and the music, DVD and television with Sky Freeview programming will keep you entertained.

FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: TV with Sky Freeview, CD player, music centre, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, access to small balcony.
Bedroom 1: Double poster bed (4’6"), bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe. En Suite: Shower, basin, wc.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath with shower off mixer taps, basin, wc.

OUTSIDE & PARKING: Small Juliet balcony. Private parking for one car.

Location was perfect and icing on cake to have parking. Bedrooms fabulous and bathrooms also top notch. Perfect for 2 friends but would be fine for family of 4.

Had a fabulous stay here for a week in April. Lovely, comfortable apartment with everything you need for a good holiday. Own parking space too which is always good to have in Porthleven! We was left a nice welcome pack which included some lovely flowers. Highly recommend staying here..10/10

Lovely property in a great location! WiFi is not wonderful but if that's not an issue for you then I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. We would definitely stay again.

We've stayed here a number of times over the years and really value the privacy, wonderful location and private parking. The apartment is a really good size for four although we have often booked it out for just the two of us out of season. Some of the kitchen equipment is starting to need replacing as it is looking a little tatty but that won't sRead morepoil your holiday in this wonderful place. Hide

We love Porthleven, this is our 4th stay at St Elvans Court. Location is fab. Flat clean, and pretty much fine. Just a few minor things which could be improved.

Our third visit to this property, doesnt disappoint. Excellent location with the added bonus of parking, an asset in Porthleven! The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The only negative, TV could do with upgrading to a smart TV, would help for those nights in

This is our second time in this property, its location is brilliant and for space and comfort it would be hard to fault, to have your own parking space is also a massive win.
