Bay Villa is a large granite house on the West side of Porthleven Harbour with spectacular sea views across Mounts Bay and along Porthleven Beach. Completely refurbished and full of great extras like table football and Fire TV sticks for all of the TVs. Downstairs is a large lounge which is at the front of the property offering stunning sea views and plenty of comfortable seating. Whilst a separate dining room provides a great space for dining and socialising. There is a new, modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and seating, utility and downstairs shower room with thermostatic shower mixer, washing machine and tumble dryer, heated towel radiator, separate WC and washbasin.

On the first floor there's a beautiful master bedroom with sea views, King size bed, TV and modern en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a third single bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath with bath filler and thermostatic shower over. Outside there are steps up to a lovely raised garden which is enclosed by Cornish walls and features a decked area at the top where you can dine alfresco with a view over the house and out to sea.

Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Enclosed garden with decked area and garden furniture and sea views. There is a wonderful decking area to the front of the property measuring 3.5m x 7m, which commands great sea views. There is a table, 8 chairs and a bench, to sit and enjoy this lovely spot. On-street parking available.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome, £25 per week per pet. Please do not take pets upstairs.
Power and Heat: Oil and electricity included in the rent. Thermostatically controlled electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided (please bring your own cot bedding)
Shop: 0.4 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

A lovely house that is really spacious for 6 people. The views of the stormy sea and winds were fantastic, with immediate access to the coast path and also a circular route down to Methleigh Bottom. A quick walk down to the village, with a cardio workout on the way back, and never a problem parking on the road outside, or very near by. The childrRead moreen enjoyed playing in the garden on the non-stormy days, but the storms and huge waves are part of the attraction of Porthleven! As well as the Shipyard Market, interesting shops, lovely walks and great selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. The house is very comfortable with comfy sofas and beds, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water and all the facilities you would expect at home. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hide

House is for sale feels a bit neglected and smells of damp. Holiday cottages response - Thank you for your feedback. We visited the property today and couldn't find any signs of neglect or damp. Despite being for sale, the owner is very invested in this property, and providing guests with an enjoyable stay in Porthleven.

Bay Villa is a lovely house in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from Porthleven's vibrant harbour, with wonderful views of the sea. It was perfect for our family of two grandparents, two parents, three children and two dogs. We loved having breakfast at the top table in the back garden when we could see eastwards way down the coast, anRead mored an aperitif followed by dinner in the evening sun on the front terrace (when it was not too windy).
