Bay Villa is a large granite house on the West side of Porthleven Harbour with spectacular sea views across Mounts Bay and along Porthleven Beach. Completely refurbished and full of great extras like a Wii console in the second lounge, table football, attic room and Fire TV sticks for all of the TVs. Downstairs is a large lounge/dining room with views out to sea, dining table, sofas and a large slimline TV. The second lounge has a TV, Wii console, toys and games and brand new modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and seating. Off the kitchen is the breakfast area, utility and downstairs shower room with thermostatic shower mixer, washing machine and tumble dryer, heated towel radiator, separate WC and washbasin.

On the first floor there's a beautiful master bedroom with sea views, King size bed, TV and modern en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a third single bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath with bath filler and thermostatic shower over. The second floor is dedicated to a spacious and light room complete with single bed, additional pull out bed, large sofa, table football and tremendous views out to sea and along Porthleven beach. Outside there are steps up to a lovely raised garden which is enclosed by Cornish walls and features a decked area at the top where you can dine alfresco with a view over the house and out to sea.

Lounge/Diner: Wall mounted TV/DVD with Fire TV stick, fantastic sea views.
Sitting Room: Wall mounted TV with Fire TV stick, Nintendo Wii, toys and games.
Kitchen: Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.
Utility/Shower Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, thermostatic shower, basin, WC.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (6'), chest of drawers. En-Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3').
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3'), chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, WC.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 4: Single bed (3' with 3' pull out bed), corner sofa, football table.
Please note that the second floor is reached via a slightly steeper than usual staircase.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Enclosed garden with decked area and garden furniture and sea views. There is a wonderful decking area to the front of the property measuring 3.5m x 7m, which commands great sea views. There is a table, 8 chairs and a bench, to sit and enjoy this lovely spot. On-street parking available.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome, £25 per week per pet. Please do not take pets upstairs.
Power and Heat: Oil and electricity included in the rent. Thermostatically controlled electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please order in advance.
Shop: 0.4 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

Bay Villa is a lovely house in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from Porthleven's vibrant harbour, with wonderful views of the sea. It was perfect for our family of two grandparents, two parents, three children and two dogs. We loved having breakfast at the top table in the back garden when we could see eastwards way down the coast, anRead mored an aperitif followed by dinner in the evening sun on the front terrace (when it was not too windy). Great house with plenty of space, equipment and entertainment. Great enclosed garden for dogs. Lovely views from the front room and bedroom. Very comfy beds. Porthleven is a great village in the winter and the summer. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views, just the place to relax and listen to the sea while being just a short walk to Porthleven Town :-) great family space yo use as base to visit the fantastic Cornwall beaches.
