Seahorse Apartment is located towards the rear of the desirable St Elvans development which is situated right on the harbourside of the pretty fishing village of Porthleven. Perfectly located to take advantage of all of the restaurants, pubs and galleries that Porthleven has to offer as well as being just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Inside the apartment you will find an open plan living area which comprises of comfy sofas, TV and flame effect electric fire. The small balcony is off the living room and overlooks the courtyard. A dining table divides the room from the well-equipped kitchen which is complete with granite worktops, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Seahorse Apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed through the developments own private entrance and courtyard, via a long flight of stairs. There is also access via a rear entrance with 5 steps.

Porthleven is ideal for exploring the south and west of Cornwall with the small market town of Helston just 2 miles away.

It was our third visit to the Seahorse Appartment. Its a lovely spacious flat. Unfortunately no view but we knew that. It could not be more convenient for the harbour. It also comes with a premium parking place. A lovely welcome pack was left which was very much appreciated. We were very disapointed the balcony door was still out of order apparentRead morely waiting on a part. We stayed here in May last night they were waiting on a part then. I had high hopes of staying at the Seahorse apartment but was quite disappointed with what I found on arrival. The door to the balcony was out of action and could not be used as they were waiting for a replacement part. It was a shame because I would have liked to have been able to sit on the balcony and have a drink in the evening or a coffee in tRead morehe morning. Also difficult to get any fresh air into the property due to lack of opening windows. Also had an issue with the shower cubicle as the plug hole was almost completely blocked. The water filled the shower tray very quickly and took a long time to eventually drain. I reported this to Holiday Cottages but as there was no-one to deal with my query, I had to leave a message. No-one got back to me so I bought a bottle of drain unblocker and cleared it myself. The windows and balcony door were very dirty - clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. In general, the apartment was tired and in dire need of redecoration and a bit of a refurb. Hide

Nice location, generous parking, good interior layout. Cottage is neglected and in need of a massive re-furnishing/repair inside. Should really be taken out of the market until all the issues are fixed.

St Elvins Courtyard is in a wonderful location. Less than a minutes walk from the harbourside and all the amenities and each apartment is allocated a parking place which is premium in Porthleven. The apartment was comfortable and with just a few little adjustments could be further improved.

We were delighted with Seahorse Apartment, which we found comfortable, relaxing and ideally situated for exploring Porthleven. The allocated parking space was ideal. Although the steps were a slight challenge when unloading the car, the door at the rear was very handy and we used this a lot. The cream tea waiting for us on arrival was a lovely toucRead moreh. We enjoyed exploring the Lizard area, St Michael's Mount and Godrevy on St Ives Bay and were lucky enough to visit Godolphin NT when the house was open to the public. A really good holiday. Hide

Great location. Good apartment but feeling a bit tired now. We had a few issues whilst staying which still havent been resolved. Not sure we will come back

This is a well placed apartment with probably the best individual parking space in Porthleven. There are no views but we knew that before booking. The apartment is well equipped. The washer/dryer is surprisingly good (I have never found them to dry the washing very well but this one did a great job!). The sofa in the lounge is very comfortable. We Read moredidnt use the TV but it is large and looks good! It was nice to have so many fluffy towels. The apartment was warm with easily adjustable heating and hot water. The cream tea on arrival was much welcomed. Hide

Great apartment,good location and got everything you need also good to have a parking space in the middle of porthleven I've got a big car and had no problem parking Will hopefully book again

The property was spotless and exceeded our expectations. It was like a home from home on every level. The only down side was the tricky parking. You could use a local car park which is very close by and is not expensive.
