Seahorse Apartment is located towards the rear of the desirable St Elvans development which is situated right on the harbourside of the pretty fishing village of Porthleven. Perfectly located to take advantage of all of the restaurants, pubs and galleries that Porthleven has to offer as well as being just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Inside the apartment you will find an open plan living area which comprises of comfy sofas, TV and flame effect electric fire. The small balcony is off the living room and overlooks the courtyard. A dining table divides the room from the well-equipped kitchen which is complete with granite worktops, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Seahorse Apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed via the developments own private entrance and courtyard.

Porthleven is ideal for exploring the south and west of Cornwall with the small market town of Helston just 2 miles away.

Short breaks accepted in January/February.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, clothes hanging area.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Private undercover parking suitable for a larger car. Balcony with seating.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating throughout. 
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Cot provided, please bring your own cot bedding.

 0.1 ml. Restaurant: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Short breaks allowed. The staircase is quite steep and therefore not suitable for those with mobility problems. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

Our third visit to this lovely apartment. The location is perfect but unfortunately there is no view but we knew that. A really comfortable apartment with good facilities.

This is a well placed apartment with probably the best individual parking space in Porthleven. There are no views but we knew that before booking. The apartment is well equipped. The washer/dryer is surprisingly good (I have never found them to dry the washing very well but this one did a great job!). The sofa in the lounge is very comfortable. We Read moredidnt use the TV but it is large and looks good! It was nice to have so many fluffy towels. The apartment was warm with easily adjustable heating and hot water. The cream tea on arrival was much welcomed. Hide

Great apartment,good location and got everything you need also good to have a parking space in the middle of porthleven I've got a big car and had no problem parking Will hopefully book again

The property was spotless and exceeded our expectations. It was like a home from home on every level. The only down side was the tricky parking. You could use a local car park which is very close by and is not expensive.

This is a fabulous apartment on the second floor. The steps you climb up to the apartment are inside the building so no problem if it's raining when you unload the car. You can also use a side door out onto the side street, with less steps down. Porthleven is a perfect village with friendly people, plenty of cafes, restaurants (Kota Kai is great) aRead morend arty shops. Also lovely coastal walk from the village. Comfortable, lovely furniture and fittings. We had a wonderful week and there are plenty of places nearby to explore. At home we have food and recyclables collections so please can these be made available when we stay in a holiday home? I usually have to take it all home with me. Hide

We found the Seahorses very clean and well equipped. Linen and towels were of high quality. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the apartment was. Great to gave a parking space. Location was very good as only a few steps to the harbour. The apartment was quiet even though it is within close proximity to the bustling harbour. We would Read morereally have preferred to have had the ability to recycle our waste rather than to put it all in the general waste. We brought our bottles home! We enjoyed a great two weeks. Porthleven is a friendly and beautiful small Cornish town. Hide
