Only 100 metres from the harbour Carvosso and it's neighbour Mizpah, are perfect for your holiday in Mousehole with pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries just a short stroll away. Just opened following a complete refurbishment, Carvosso consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge complete with wood-burning stove and tiled floor throughout. Quality furnishings and fittings as well as broadband. Upstairs is double and twin bedrooms along with a good sized family bathroom consisting of a bath and separate shower cubicle. There's full gas central heating Outside is a private courtyard with a seating area and BBQ.

Lounge Area: TV, DVD player, music system, woodburner, dining table with four chairs.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), bedside units, wardrobe, drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’).
Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail, WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Private courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking space for one car.

Great semidetached house very close to Mousehole harbour and its own car parking space. Fully equipped with everything required.

It's a good solid cottage and the parking, for a hatchback size vehicle, is great. Literally yards from Mousehole harbour and many facilities.

The cottage is well positioned with easy access on foot to the harbour etc. It was a real bonus to have dedicated parking included. All in all this cottage was great value for money.

A brilliant place, with everything you need, lovely and clean! Perfect spot, with the added bonus of a parking space. Stunning scenery, in a beautiful village and such welcoming people.

Wonderful cottage with parking (very rare in Mousehole) in the heart of the village close to the beach and all amenities. The cottage is very well equipped and the friendly owners are on hand to ensure your stay is perfect.
