Located in the peaceful village of Trewellard it is a 5 minute walk to the coastpath, 5 minutes drive from Pendeen lighthouse and beautiful undiscovered Portheras Cove, and 15 minutes drive from both St Ives, Sennen Cove and Lands End. This traditional granite cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the natural beauty West Cornwall has to offer. Owned by photographer Jen Rogers the cottage is packed with fabulous local photographs and advice on local photographic locations.
A cosy lounge welcomes you with comfortable seating, Smart TV and wooden flooring throughout, which leads on to the dining room and then on to a well equipped kitchen breakfast room with access out to the rear courtyard.
Upstairs to the front of the cottage is a pretty twin room with plenty of wardrobe space and a window seat. The family bathroom with shower can also be found on this floor. To the rear of the cottage is the master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite shower room. Magnificent views out to sea can be enjoyed from this room and on a clear day the Isles of Scilly can even be seen in the distance.
To the front of the cottage there is parking for one car on the driveway and to the rear of the cottage is an enclosed courtyard with BBQ and seating which can also be accessed from a rear pathway.
Will's Cottage is just a 5 min walk from the spectacular coastal path and the National Trust working beam engine at Levant Mine where scenes from the popular series Poldark were filmed. Crown Mines are 20min walk and the stunning cliffs at Bosigran with it's ruined castle about 50 min walk.
The excellent Trewellard Arms is 50m away and The North Inn which does delicious curries is 300m. There's also a Meadery, fish & chip shop, pottery and village shop within walking distance. Will's Cottage situated in perfect walking country and a great base to explore West Cornwall.

Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. £25 per week per pet
