This was our first holiday cottage in Mousehole and what a property! Spectacular sea views to St Michael's Mount from most of the rooms as well as the terrace and gardens.

Perhaps the finest Mousehole holiday cottage available, Dolphin Rise is set into the hillside above the town with a spectacular split level main living area with a huge picture window giving a glorious view over the harbour and out to sea. The sunken lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and is arranged so that the view can be enjoyed by everyone, steps lead up to the dining room which is on a raised level above the lounge and has a glass balcony for uninterrupted views. The kitchen is galley style above the dining room with eye level electric oven and hob, built in microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.

The Master Bedroom now has a large picture window on the front of the house so you can breakfast in bed and gaze out to sea. It also has a new en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and basin and door leading out to the garden. The other bedrooms are arranged as one king, one double and two twins. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle and basin, with a separate WC next door. There is a further shower room and separate WC near the front door.

Accessed by three steps from the kitchen.
Living/Dining Room: Smart TV, DVD player, music system, panoramic sea views.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Private garden and large balcony with patio furniture, plenty of private parking on the drive and EV Car Charger with a type 2 socket (provide your own cable) can be ordered at the time of booking for an additional charge of £50 per week.

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Oil central heating throughout.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot bedding.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.4 ml. Pub: 0.3 ml.

Undoubtedly the best holiday property we have stayed in. The location is incredible and the views are amazing. Dolphins Rise is comfortable, spacious and well- equipped. Mousehole is a charming village, and within easy reach of Marazion and St Ives, both of which are worth visiting. Thank you for letting us stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Rise. The views are amazing! So wonderful to look out over the harbour, there was always something to watch. We enjoyed Mousehole, lovely shops and restaurants and our children enjoyed jumping off the harbour wall. Mousehole was a great place to explore from, we visited St Michaels mount, the Minack theatre and toRead moreok a day trip to the Isles of Scilly. Lots of lovely beaches within reach too. Fantastic house in an amazing location. Comfy rooms with everything you could want well stocked kitchen. And very useful utility if you have wet gear to dry out outside the main house.. binoculars provided to watch the passing boats. Lots of footpaths and great walks right from the house. Lovely stroll down a woody exotic tropical path beside aRead more stream to Mousehole centre.. easy parking for cars which was a real bonus in an area with very limited parking.. A well equipped, comfortable modern house with a fabulous views of Mousehole and Mounts Bay. A good amount of parking space, if a little tight to access. Maybe not the best house for those with mobility issues as it's spread over many levels.

A fabulous house and amazing views. We had an amazing unforgettable Christmas there ,but unfortunately and with much regret I could not recommend to a friend due the the mould issues.

Fabulous location and very well equipped house. Youll never have a better view of Mousehole with a cup of tea or glass of wine. Parking on site was a huge bonus too. Couldnt fault the place.
