Set in a private development with three other similar properties, Loveday is a two bedroom first floor apartment with spectacular sea views and it's own parking space, just 25 metres from the sandy beach and a short stroll into the buzzing town centre of Porthleven, making this an ideal holiday home with a peaceful location but close enough to access all the local amenities. An elegantly-styled apartment with comfy sofas, dining for 4, a well-equipped kitchen and a real feeling of home, a wonderful spot for a relaxing break.

Porthleven is a small town which exudes Cornish charm and tradition. Still a working fishing port, it is home to many independent cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. The harbour is very impressive and you can see the local fishermen unloading their daily catch which is sourced by many local chefs. A family-friendly place in an unspoilt location with beautiful coastal walks from your doorstep and an ideal base for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and Land's End.

Access is available from the rear of the property giving level access, making it all on one level so ideal for anyone with mobility issues

Very comfortable property, with everything that you would need. Fantastic view and a great situ for a stroll into the town or out on the coast path.

Great space for a family of 4. Loved hearing the roar of the sea from the balcony. Fab location for the beach and only a short walk to the harbour. Would recommend.

A real gem ! We loved our stay and found it comfortable and relaxing. The king size bed was beautifully comfortable! We had everything we needed and discovered the Chinese take away food superb. We will be back . Thank you.

Fabulous with everything, and more, that we needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderful comfortable beds with superb linen and the biggest bath towels Ive ever had! An excellent kitchen area which was perfectly equipped and, most importantly, accommodation that was spotlessly clean. All of this was complimented by a vase of fresh flowers on the kitcheRead moren table, tea bags, milk, scones, clotted cream and jam, as well as a small kit containing kitchen basics for the week e.g washing up liquid and laundry products (thank you). Apartment was very well equipped for every eventuality. Really appreciated the little touch of coffee/tea/milk/scones/jam and cream awaiting on arrival. All very clean and tidy. Perfect location. Would definitely recommend to others.

This holiday accommodation is excellent, no expense spared, including in the kitchen. Plus very very comfortable beds.

We enjoyed the stay at the apartment very much.lovely clean towells and bedding .Nice view and a parking space. We'll equipped. Once we got the few items that were missing from the kitchen . ..tea pot butter dish sharp knifes bread bin milk jug .but the problem was quickly rectified . By letting agents . The rooms are a nice size.and it was warm enRead moreough for us .heating was left to us to control and not on a timer .but we did not need it on as it was a warm fortnight. Hide

The property is in a perfect location - great sea views and just a short walk to the harbour with a great selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs. The flat is cosy, comfortable and well equipped.
