Stargazy is a traditional Cornish cottage set within the heart of the pretty fishing village of Mousehole, within walking distance of it's quaint harbour, shops, restaurants and pub.

Set over four floors, the accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor the dual aspect living area provides comfy seating, a large Smart TV and views overlooking the rear garden. Stairs lead downstairs to a large kitchen/dining room complete with range cooker and access to an ample garden. A handy shower room with WC is also found on this floor.

One double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and the family bathroom with shower over bath are all on the first floor with views out towards St Clement's Isle from the bedrooms. A further set of stairs lead up to the attic room, which has low ceilings and a single bed with an extra pull bed out underneath. This pretty room would be suitable for children, with fantastic sea views and an adjoining WC.

Stargazy is a great base for exploring West Cornwall with Lands End and Minack Theatre nearby.

Rear garden with patio furniture (access from kitchen/dining room). No private parking but public options available.

Unfortunately the boiler had broken down which was a bit inconvenient. Other than this we enjoyed our stay

Extremely disappointed with our stay at Stargazy. The cottage was in a bad state of repair, foul smell of drains and sewerage in the kitchen. Very dirty with mould in virtually every room and even the fridge freezer seals. Would not return and would definitely not recommend.

The cottage is in a great location and Mousehole is a lovely little fishing village to stay in. It is great for young children to go on the sand and rock pools. However the cottage didnt meet the 4 star rating advertised in the website. It was not clean and smelt of damp in the kitchen and shower room.

Nice cottage in great location. Loved the kitchen which was well equipped and bedrooms and sitting room comfortable. Better mirrors in the bathrooms would be good. Great having a garden.

Pretty cottage in good village location and close to local restaurants and village pub. There was an excellent bus service going from the harbour to Newlyn and Penzance. Whilst the cottage was overall well equiped there were a few items that would be of benefit in the property, namely a small coffee table in the lounge, a nonslip mat for the showerRead more/bath, a barbecue, and some reclining garden chairs for sunnier days. We go to Stargazy every year! Think that it is great. Very nicely cleaned and prepared for us every time.
