In the middle of Porthleven's most famous Victorian terrace, situated above the harbour with spectacular views out to sea across the inner and outer harbour. 12 Bay View came to us following a complete back to bare walls renovation and what a job! Many of the original features have been preserved and there's even some hand made replicas of plaster mouldings to seamlessly blend new with old. Lovely new kitchen and spectacular bathroom with spacious walk in shower. Lounge and two of the bedrooms have one of the best views in town and feature custom built wooden furniture. Bespoke New England Style shutters complete the feeling of light and space and modernity in a historic location. Now one of our best sellers that's booked well in advance.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Diner: Sky TV including Sky/BT sports, bluetooth speaker, window seat with lovely views across the harbour.
Kitchen: Electric oven and induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), bedside units, chest of drawers, sea and harbour views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside units, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3'), bedside unit, harbour views.
Bathroom: Spacious walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, wc.

GARDEN & PARKING: Patio with garden furniture, sea and harbour views. On-street parking and public car parking facilities close by.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair available, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

Loved this cottage. The view from the terrace was really lovely and out of the wind a bit. The cottage was very quaint, cozy and comfortable. Preferred this one to another that we stayed on around the corner on the seafront.

This was a return visit to 12 Bayview and if anything it was even better than before. The quality and attention to detail of the fixtures and fittings was especially impressive and the house was warm, and inviting after raw March days out in S W Cornwall. Perfectly located near to the pubs, restaurants and cafes, gift shops and stunning stretches of coastal paths, 12 Bay View offers a little piece of Cornwall in perfect package suitable for families, friends, walkers, swimmers, surfers and doggies! There reaRead morelly is something for everyone in Porthleven. we have stayed at 12 Bay View four times now. We love the house, it is very comfortable. it has amazing views, rain or sunshine. We find lots to do in Porthleven and surrounding areas.

Once again, we had a fantastic stay at no 12. The weather was superb with glorious evening sunsets in November. The only downside is having to leave! The welcome pack is amazing with the addition of some dog treats this time, nice touch. Well be back.

We had the most fabulous week. The house is perfect with stunning views of the harbour and out to sea, sunsets galore! Lovely cottage. Fantastic views towards the open sea and to the inner harbour. The underfloor heating in the sitting room and bathroom worked well. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen compact but everything you need is there.

Our stay at number 12 was amazing. The view is breathtaking and the property just makes you feel like you have come 'home'. Each day the view seems different and you are just high enough above the harbour not to get wet! We spent hours on patio even in mid October. The property is in an excellent location for the shops/bars etc but also quiet and pRead moreeaceful. You can wake to the sound of the sea and spend hours gazing and relaxing. The welcome pack was super generous and the best that we have ever had. Great info and books at the property plus a load of games etc. Highly recommend staying there. We were sad to leave. Hide

What a beautiful place to stay in an amazing position with views of the sea. A short walk to stunning beaches and lovely Porthleven with shops and places to eat. Wonderful!!!
