Situated on the edge of the small village of Paul and and just half a mile from the fishing village of Mousehole, Boslandew House is an elegant and spacious family house built in 1868 for a local merchant. There are spectacular panoramic views from the first floor across the surrounding farmland and the sea, and plenty of space for the whole party to get together for a sit down meal or to disperse for a little quiet time. The large living room and a separate sitting room have open fires (decorative purposes only) with ornate fire surrounds and mantelpieces. A second sitting room/playroom leads through to the heated indoor swimming pool. The large mature garden offers plenty of secluded spots in which to sit and relax. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs to visit, with the renowned local pub a short stroll away.
