Dowr Penty is a picturesque whitewashed cottage set in the village of Helford. With its white picket fence and creek at the end of the garden you know you are in the heart of Daphne Du Maurier country.
Downstairs there is a living room with wood burning stove and comfy sofas. There is a separate dining room with wooden floors and open fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. A handy shower room is also on the ground floor. Upstairs the romantic master bedroom boasts a king-size four poster bed, and there are two further bedrooms; one twin and one single. There is a luxurious bathroom with bath and power shower.
Outside there is a pretty patio garden next to the stream, with a BBQ and parking.
Helford is a village steeped in history, and the perfect location for exploring The Lizard, Falmouth and surrounding area on land or by water.

Adjacent to the property is a pretty courtyard with garden furniture, chiminea, kettle barbecue and creek. Parking for 1 car.
