Just 30 yards from the beach and a short stroll away from the harbour and village, Lamorna is well situated to appeal to both families with children or couples seeking somewhere quieter to relax and unwind. This wonderful apartment offers fantastic sea views with french doors leading out onto a small balcony at the front.

All rooms have been beautifully decorated and fully furnished to a very high modern standard with everything you'll need for a great holiday. There is a spacious open plan sitting room/dining room and kitchen. The lounge area has cream leather sofas, Sky TV, DVD and WiFi. Kitchen is fully equipped including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The apartment has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, leading to a spacious en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a 6ft zip and link bed which can be split into twins and the third bedroom has a single bed. The modern family bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

At the rear of the apartment is a patio with table and chairs and an area of lawn level with the back door.

Open-Plan Living/Dining Room: TV with Sky, DVD, leather sofas, feature electric fire, door to balcony with sea views.
Kitchen Area: Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), bedside units, chest of drawers. En-Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside unit, clothes storage.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3').
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail, WC.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Small garden to the rear. Balcony and sea views. Private parking space for 1 car.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: 2 dogs welcome. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent, central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair available, please bring your own cot bedding.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

A really well-appointed, bright and clean flat with fantastic view of the sea (and, on a good day, the dolphins!). Lovely, helpful owner and very kind welcome gifts in the form of a cream tea and very nice bottle of wine. Will book again.

This is a comfortable,tidy and well positioned property which is also good value. The rear parking and level access with garden is a big bonus.

Lovely clean flat - we had amazing views of the waves crashing as storm Kathleen hit when we arrived. Rear access a good plus for unloading/loading the car or just not having to do the stairs after a very long day out and about. The property advertises a washer/dryer, but it is just a washing machine. It is a tight squeeze around the bed to accesRead mores the window and the wardrobe in the main bedroom. Hide

Absolutely stunning location and views were amazing. The welcome pack was beautiful with milk and wine in the fridge. Added bonus of a back garden for drying beach towels. The beds were super comfortable too. Definitely recommend.

Great property with all the appliances and items you need for a self catering holiday. Close to the town and the beach is only 100 yards away. Ample parking available. Would return/recommend.
