Traditional Granite building lovingly renovated to give a feeling of space and light. Set in lovely lawned grounds enclosed by Cornish granite walls in a beautiful spot between Sennen and Lands End. A footpath near the house leads to the secluded and little known Nanjizel Cove about 3/4 mile away where dogs are allowed all year round.

The comfortable sitting room has sofas and a woodburner. A door leads to the spacious kitchen diner with dining table and the two twin bedrooms as well as a shower room are also on the ground floor. Stairs lead up to the galleried main bedroom with en-suite bathroom which has views on 3 sides across countryside and sea to the Scilly Isles and Wolf Rock.

Living Room: Comfy sofas, Smart TV, DVD player, wireless speaker and woodburner.
Kitchen/Dining Area: With an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, large dining table and chairs.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4’6), chest of drawers, wardrobe, garden and countryside views.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3’), chest of drawers, garden and countryside views.
Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Utility Room: Washing machine, basin and WC.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Galleried bedroom with double bed (4'6”), wardrobe and chest of drawers and beautiful countryside and sea views to the Scilly Isles and Wolf Rock. External stairs lead to down to garden.
En-Suite Shower Room: Electric shower, basin and WC. 

GARDEN AND PARKING
Sheltered, enclosed garden with lawns and patio area with seating for 6. Private, enclosed parking area for 2/3 cars. Pets: One dog welcome.
Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent, oil-fired central heating throughout, woodburner in lounge (logs not supplied). 
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

The location of the cottage was lovely and peaceful, easy access to walks and easy reach of lands end. Due to low levels of light polution the sky at night is perfect for star gazing.

Excellent cottage beautifully furnished with quality appliances in the bathrooms and kitchen. Really clean and fresh perfect home from home with all you need for a wonderful self catering break. Stunning location with easy access to the coastal path. Just excellent we will be back! Thank you

Charming house and garden. Very spacious and well equipped. Lovely coastal walk from house around Lands End and close to beautiful beach at Sennen Cove. Location is quite remote so could be a lot of driving if you're not into surfing.

Lovely traditional Cornish cottage, great heating and hot water. Lovely garden lawns and a superb cosy wood burner. We enjoyed staying here, after visiting for over 25yrs to the same area, this cottage is at the top of our list to return to. Great location for Lands End and some lovely walks nearby. Local shops and pub nearby, and Sennen Cove only Read morea short distance. Super comfy, and everything you need. Hide

Beautiful property in a quiet spot - very well equipped. Also well looked after and very clean - its super close to the coast with Nanjizal in walking distance as well as Sennen. Lands End, if thats your thing, also close. Highly recommend.

The Byre is a lovely well positioned cottage with good parking and a very quiet garden. The cottage is very clean and the bathrooms are modern and well equipped. We had a very nice week there and would give it a big thumbs up

Beautiful place in a beautiful place. Had a great stay here. Everything was great except for couple of issues in main bedroom. The garden is a bonus. We saw a hedgehog one night, a rare occasion these days. Overall a beautiful stay.
