26 Chapel Street is a handsome Georgian town house, situated on one of the most iconic and desirable streets in Penzance. This beautiful house has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated to a very high standard throughout and benefits from being just a few minutes walk from both the seafront, and the centre of town with its array of restaurants, shops and galleries. On entering the house there is a pretty vestibule and spacious lounge with comfy sofas, a gas fire and Smart TV. There is a wc/utility room on this floor, and a fabulous kitchen/breakfast room fitted with quality appliances which leads through to a sunny garden room with dining area. French doors lead out to a pretty south facing enclosed patio garden with seating.

On the first floor a master bedroom with king bed is situated at the front of the house. Along the landing is the family bathroom with large walk in power shower and elegant free standing bath. There is also a wet-room on this floor with another walk in power shower. The dual aspect second bedroom is to the rear and has zip and link beds which offers the flexibility of it being arranged as a twin room or a king, and enjoys sea views out to Mounts Bay. Another staircase leads you up to the third bedroom on the second floor. This is a cute and cosy twin room with low ceilings and again enjoys those lovely sea views out over Mounts Bay. 26 Chapel Street is within walking distance to everything including the historic Jubilee Pool, Britain's largest surviving seawater lido. Ideally located for exploring West Cornwall with good bus and rail links.

It was just a short trip to Penzance, so we decided to rent a cottage instead of using a hotel. It was a very good decision! The house was perfectly located and in excellent condition. The rooms were well furnished and very comfortable. The garden was delightful. The only thing that caused some scary moments was parking the car. We had a few inchesRead more to spare through the arch. Fortunately my brother was able to guide me through safely. Hide

We could very happily live here, a real home from home. We were here for the whole month of November and the house was wonderfully warm. The location is fantastic and the house very well equipped, it had everything we needed. We will miss our daily walk along the prom to Newlyn and the fantastic fresh fish.

Very well equipped cozy cottage in central Penzance. We very much enjoyed our stay and were delighted by how many facilities the house had, from a gas heated fireplace to the little radio in the kitchen. The scones and breakfast tea which greeted us was the cherry on the top.

The location is great for exploring the local area, really nice pubs and restaurants close by. Loved the outside space and that we had a private parking space, which us hard to come by in the town centre. Lovely and clean, comfortable beds and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent base for walking (coastal path and St Michaels Way) and for visiting museums and galleries in Penzance and St Ives. Very well-positioned - especially for public transport - comfortable and very well-equipped.

We have stayed at 26 Chapel Street many times and find it a very comfortable and practical place to stay. It is situated in beautiful Chapel Street within very easy reach of the seafront and the many excellent local pubs and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the rail and bus stations.
