Harbour Lights is a dog friendly property that sits in an elevated position on Porthleven's iconic Bay View Terrace, boasting stunning sea and harbour views. This handsome Grade Two listed Edwardian House is ideally situated being just a short stroll away from the centre of the village and also the beach. There is a spacious patio to the front of the property where you can relax and watch the world go by as the sun sets over the village at the end of the day.

The ground floor comprises of a large open plan lounge/dining room with TV, DVD player, multi-fuel burner and some of the best sea and harbour views available in the village. Just off from the hallway you will find the well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. There is a fridge/freezer, washing machine and condenser dryer neatly nestled in the under stairs cupboard.

Upstairs the master bedroom with king-size bed has uninterrupted harbour and far reaching sea views from the bay window. Sit in bed in the morning and you will see the local fishermen heading off for their daily catch. The second bedroom with twin beds is to the rear of the house and the third bedroom with single beds again has fabulous views being situated at the front. There is also a good-sized family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Living/Dining Room: Freeview TV, dining table and chairs, multi-fuel burner, stunning sea views.
Kitchen: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5'), bedside tables, chest of drawer, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside table, clothes storage.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3’), bedside table, clothes storage, sea views.
Bathroom: Family bathroom with shower over bath, basin, wc.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Paved patio to the front of the property with table and chairs and fantastic views. Please note the patio is not enclosed, young children and pets must be supervised at all times. No private parking, pay and display car parks nearby.

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: 1 dog welcome, you will need to pay an additional pet fee
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Oil fired central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided, towels and tea towels are not provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Towels are not provided - please bring your own hand, bath and tea towels.

We had the best week in Harbour Lights right on the harbour in gorgeous Porthleven. In January the sea can be wild and the view is amazing from this property and especially from the patio where we drank our morning coffee. Its very cozy with the log burner an extra winter treat though the central heating is very effective so we didnt need it muchRead more. The cottage has everything we needed and some special touches like a cream tea on arrival. Beds are comfy and you can hear the waves. We have already booked for next year. We had a fantastic stay at this cottage over Christmas. Nicely decorated for the festive season. The real fire was an added bonus, and kept the downstairs living room nice and toasty! The view from all the windows was amazing! Loved sitting in the bay window with a cuppa whilst looking out to sea :) The heating worked well, everything you need is tRead moreo hand, and the beds were comfy. One thing to note is the kitchen isn't very big, with only a small counter top freezer, but otherwise has everything you might need to cook up a fab meal! I hope we will be back one day, I would definitely recommend this lovely cottage in a very friendly little town :) Hide

A lovely, comfy home from home with stunning views across the harbour. Perfect for catching the evening sun, or curling up in the bay window with a cup of tea or glass of wine to watch the sea!

The cottage was well positioned to enjoy the harbour and local shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches. The property is perfectly positioned with a fantastic view of the harbour. Its well-equipped and perfect for a holiday. Its a small cottage but perfect for the 4 of us! Would definitely work for 5 people too! The dog loved being able to see everything going on and the house is very close to all amenities!

Property needs to be better maintained . The toilet handle is permanently in the down position, and does not flush properly. The fridge door does not always fully close , which then means it stars to defrost. I had to buy a new bulb for the bathroom light, no screw ends in the bulb drawer. the smoke alarm battery ran out, constantly bleeping. shoulRead mored be tested at each changeover.
