50 Padstow is a modern architectural gem and a sleek contribution to our portfolio.  Flaunting floor to ceiling glass doors that allow the light to echo throughout the interior and enables guests to enjoy a fresh sea breeze from the nearby estuary whilst relaxing with a morning coffee and a paper.  Oozing contemporary ultra-modern design; a fusion of current architecture with minimalist style and high tech gadgets combine at this luxury self-catering property in Padstow, North Cornwall. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasts a large smart TV with Apple TV so that you can connect your iPhones and iPads.  Lights under the kitchen units enable you to set whichever mood suits and the Bluetooth speaker will take you from smooth morning jazz to evening dinner party tracks.  Joules linen can be found on all the beds and guests will enjoy the stylish touches throughout.

A short walk down into Padstow harbour offers a large selection of shops and restaurants, traditional Cornish Pubs, amazing ice cream and activities for children. Here you can take a fishing or pleasure trip, catch the foot ferry across the Camel estuary to Rock for lunch, explore the scenic Camel Trail by bike.  Explore and enjoy the uniqueness of the 7 stunning sandy beaches within a 2-5 mile radius around Padstow; Trevone, Harlyn, Mother Iveys, Boobys Bay, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan, North Cornwall’s finest sandy beaches. The Championship Golf Course of Trevose is also only 4 miles away.

Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: French doors from the lounge lead to a paved patio with picnic bench, patio heaters and patio cover. Parking in allocated space in car park. Additional parking is available for visitors in unmarked spaces.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Gas & electricity included in rent, heated towel rail in shower room
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Location is good, hill is a little challenging if you were to go in to the centre more than once a day, which we did, having said that there are bus stops and taxi ranks around so maybe anybody struggling should look into that. Would definitely use the cottage again, Padstow is lovely

50 Padstow was a lovely cottage to stay in, clean and modern, garden enclosed but when people walk past they can see over. 15 min walk to the harbour which was perfect, defo need all your energy to get up the hill on your way home! But the views on the way down are stunning. Beds very comfy, lovely place to stay.

This is the second year weve come back to the same cottage. Perfect for our needs, with parking and quick walk to harbour. Beds are super comfortable! Highly recommended.

Brilliant cottage which was a comfortable haven to relax in between expeditions out to Padstow centre and further afield. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We have stayed in this cottage twice now, both times being excellent and we plan to stay again next year. It is a brilliant location to Padstow, most other Cornish points of interest are within an hours drive. The cottage is well equipped for cooking, is very clean and very cosy.

House was just what we were looking for, easy walking distance from Padstow itself, nicely presented, clean and tidy and everything you need for a break, whether self catering or not. Highly recommend.

This was an easy walk into town (about 10 mins) Quite a steep hill (but short). Close to a large Tesco and well equipped. For our 4 night stay (Rick Stein cooking course) it was perfect.

The house is ideally located for walking into Padstow although beware that the walk back is up a very steep hill, but steep hills seems to be the norm throughout Padstow, so if you have mobility issues or aren't the fittest then you need to be mindful of this. The house was lovely and fitted out with very good quality items and cleaned to a good stRead moreandard. It is excellent if you have dogs as the yard is very secure with a hose pipe which comes in very handy to clean off sandy dogs. There is a Tesco within walking distance of the house which we found handy and is also only a 15 minute drive from some lovely bays. I would definitely have no qualms about stopping in the house again and would also highly recommend it to anyone with a small family and those with dogs. Hide

The house was small but bright, clean and well equipped - fine for two people. In a quiet location with parking just outside up a few steps and extra parking spaces nearby. Walking in to Padstow is easy, downhill and then on the coastal path but walking back is hard work up the hill.
