Situated in a prime elevated position, Ferryside Watch offers spacious and characterful accommodation with sensational views of the Fowey estuary. Although just a moment’s stroll to the bustling high street of Fowey, the property is located in peaceful and quiet location and has the superb advantage of a large garage below the property for parking and storage of outdoor equipment. The living room is located on the first floor to make the most of the stunning estuary view, the large bay window soaking in the sunlight provides the perfect spot for enjoying a hot drink whilst you watch the boats sail by. This lovely Victorian house also has a fantastic private patio at the front, ideal for enjoying your dinner or a glass of something cold during the summer months.

Fowey is a hugely popular holiday destination and attracts visitors all year round. With boutique shops, picturesque beaches and top rated restaurants, there is plenty for you to explore and discover in this pretty little estuary town. Throughout the year, Fowey hosts some nationally renowned events including the Fowey Regatta, Christmas markets and the Fowey Festival, which see thousands of visitors flock to the town creating an exciting buzz in the air. The famous Eden Project is only a short drive away and is a great day out for the whole family.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in price. Central heating and heated towel rails in bathrooms.
