Cosy, spacious house. Rooms were good size. Having 3 bathrooms was excellent with 3 teenagers.

The house was stunning and very well equipped. It was lovely and spacious, and a perfect size for our 3 families, which comprised of 5 adults and 5 children, and it was beautifully and tastefully decorated . The little touches - like the extras that awaited us on the kitchen table - were thoughtful and very much appreciated. The kids loved the cineRead morema/games room, and the dolls house in one of the bedrooms; while the grown ups loved the surround sound in the kitchen (and what a fabulous kitchen it is!), and relaxing in the huge sofa in the living room. The beds were comfortable too. There were just a couple of minor issues with a couple of pieces of equipment in the house, which I've relayed to the owners, but on the whole, the house is wonderful. It's fabulous location too - the beach is just a minute's walk away. There were loads of local places to eat (or buy a takeaway), and there's loads to do in Hastings, which is just a stones throw away. We'd definitely recommend the accommodation, and hope to come again! Hide

A beautiful house within 5 minutes of the beach and on street parking . Spacious and comfortable , with small outdoor area at the rear . The housekeeper responded quickly to a couple of issues that we had , unfortunately , it being a bank holiday weekend these couldnt be rectified. A lovely period property

We had a lovely weekend at the house, cosy in front of the fire while a wild winter storm blew outside. The location is fabulous and the housekeeper and owner were incredibly helpful and accommodating in the lead up to and during our stay. We enjoyed some lovely local restaurants and coffee shops and also family meals around the kitchen table in fRead moreront of the wood burner. The cinema room was a winner with the teenagers! The house is a lovely mix of elegant style and relaxed comfort making it the ideal getaway. Hide
