Pebble House resides on the outskirts of Newquay near Pentire and benefits from being just a pebble's throw to Fistral, Tolcarne, Towan and Great Western Beach, the harbour, Newquay's town centre and Pentire, all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. There is also the Newquay Golf Club just a couple of minutes walk away where you can play golf whilst enjoying the stunning views of Fistral Beach.  

With miles of spectacular beaches and rugged coastline, Newquay is the ideal playground for those seeking water based activities from surfing at the legendary Fistral Beach, to rock climbing and coasteering at the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre.  Pebble House also provide quality body boards and for guest use.

The award winning Newquay zoo and Trenance boating lake are only a few minutes walk away along with a tennis centre which boasts both indoor and outdoor courts. Waterworld with its 25-metre pool, fun-pool and slides is in the same location.

After a day at the beach or exploring you can relax with a home cooked meal in the dining room or alfresco in the enclosed garden, or you can wine and dine the night away at the restaurants at Fistral Beach including Rick Stein Fistral, the outstanding Fish House, Fistral Beach Bar or the Stable. There is also the locals popular choice the Lewinnick Lodge with stunning views of the Atlantic coastline at Pentire Point. Newquay boasts many cafes, restaurants and bars — all within walking distance.  

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Smart TV, DVD player.
A smart TV and Wifi is provided with access to Disney plus and Netflix. There is also a wide choice of DVDs. A digital radio with Bluetooth connection is in the kitchen.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, Tassimo Coffee Machine.
Cloakroom: Basin, w.c.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Double Bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, toy box. ( Beds can be pushed together to make a double, please send a special request for this to happen)
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, w.c.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe, Smart TV, sea views, private balcony with table and chairs. Views to Fistral Bay.  En Suite Bathroom: Double shower, basin, w.c. Views to Mawgan Porth.

GARDEN & PARKING: Private parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden with paving and pebbles (no grass), garden furniture, outside storage for boards, wetsuits, bikes.  6 bodyboards and available in shed for guest use.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electric heating throughout. Heated towel rails.

Pebble House is a good location in Newquay, with a 10 minute walk to access to the heart of Newquay and good beaches.

Amazing holiday. Pebble house is in a fantastic location, with beaches, dog walks and town centre within easy walking distance. The house itself was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was finished to a lovely standard. We hope to stay again!
