Very few holiday homes can boast a setting like this. Nestled in a peaceful corner of Snowdonia on the Cambrian Coast, this detached Morfa Bychan accommodation commands a magnificent view of Criccieth Castle across the sea and a vista of dramatic North Wales landscape. Direct access to the Wales Coast Path that leads directly to Criccieth Beach as well as Black Rock Sands - both within half a mile.

Ground Floor

Kitchen - well equipped, fitted oak kitchen and a large breakfast bar. Includes an oven and separate hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Living room - cosy living room with seating for up to 8 guests, a welcoming wood burner along with freeview TV and DVD player.

Dining room - perfect for entertaining, the dining room includes a large table, electric fire stove, radio and ipad docking station.

Conservatory - the most popular room in the house with breathtaking sea views encompassing Criccieth Castle, and sweeping mountain views of Snowdonia National Park.

Bedroom 1 - ground floor double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. This bedroom is also wheelchair accessible.

Bedroom 3 - double bed and amazing views.

Bedroom 4 - spacious single bedroom.

Bathroom - modern family bathroom with bath and shower above.

Garden

Your beautiful Morfa Bychan accommodation offers an enclosed front garden with panoramic views of the Llyn Peninsula, Criccieth beach and castle and the Snowdonia mountain range. BBQ area with picnic benches for up to 8 guests.

Ffermdy Penrhyn is a wonderful cottage in a truly beautiful location, with stunning views of mountains, the sea, the Lynn Peninsula and Criccieth Castle in the distance. The cottage itself is cleaned and very comfortable with a fine terrace for gazing out at the views and a conservatory for the same if the weather not so good. It was a welcome pleasure to wake up to those views every day! We all miss it already. The whole family really enjoyed the cottage. The mountains and sea views and access to wonderful walks were delightful. Plenty of room for everyone including two dogs. Perfect for our family and the wonderful memories!

We have been coming to the cottage for over 10 years, and we absolutely love it. It is situated in the perfect location for us, with beautiful views from the conservatory and garden. I dont want to say anything else, as more people will want to book, and then we might not be able to have our week next year!

We had the most amazing holiday here. Absolutely fantastic cottage in a stunning location. Really thoughtful welcome pack on arrival and the cottage was spotless throughout. Very well equipped, with everything you need. Furnished really well and comfortable beds & sofas. Views from the property are amazing and great walks on your doorstep. The beaRead moreches are stunning and very dog friendly all year round. 15 minutes walk or 5 minute drive to Black Rock Sands, where you can drive onto the beach, which is great for taking all your beach necessities with you. The back garden of the property is really secure which is perfect for dogs. We enjoyed our week here so much, we really didn't want to leave. Thank you for a fabulous holiday! Hide

A fantastic property in a great, picturesque location. Great countryside, sea and mountain views and only a short walk from the beach. We felt at home the minute we walked in. With a secure garden for the dogs it was the perfect location for us and we hope to be back.

The previous reviews say it all. Stunning panaoramic outlook! When it rained we didn't mind staying in and looking out over the sea and the mountains. The beaches were great for dog walking.

We come back year after year, about 9 years now. Just love the location of the cottage, so quiet. Whatever the weather the views never fail to impress. So family and dog friendly.
