Very few holiday homes can boast a setting like this. Nestled in a peaceful corner of Snowdonia on the Cambrian Coast, this detached Morfa Bychan accommodation commands a magnificent view of Criccieth Castle across the sea and a vista of dramatic North Wales landscape. Direct access to the Wales Coast Path that leads directly to Criccieth Beach as well as Black Rock Sands - both within half a mile.

Ground Floor

Kitchen - well equipped, fitted oak kitchen and a large breakfast bar. Includes an oven and separate hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Living room - cosy living room with seating for up to 8 guests, a welcoming wood burner along with freeview TV and DVD player.

Dining room - perfect for entertaining, the dining room includes a large table, electric fire stove, radio and ipad docking station.

Conservatory - the most popular room in the house with breathtaking sea views encompassing Criccieth Castle, and sweeping mountain views of Snowdonia National Park.

Bedroom 1 - ground floor double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. This bedroom is also wheelchair accessible.

Bedroom 4 - spacious single bedroom.

Bathroom - modern family bathroom with bath and shower above.

Garden

Your beautiful Morfa Bychan accommodation offers an enclosed front garden with panoramic views of the Llyn Peninsula, Criccieth beach and castle and the Snowdonia mountain range. BBQ area with picnic benches for up to 8 guests.

A fantastic property in a great, picturesque location. Great countryside, sea and mountain views and only a short walk from the beach. We felt at home the minute we walked in. With a secure garden for the dogs it was the perfect location for us and we hope to be back.

The previous reviews say it all. Stunning panaoramic outlook! When it rained we didn't mind staying in and looking out over the sea and the mountains. The beaches were great for dog walking.

We come back year after year, about 9 years now. Just love the location of the cottage, so quiet. Whatever the weather the views never fail to impress. So family and dog friendly.

Superb accommodation. Fantastic views. Very very well equipped and warm. Plenty of parking space for two cars and an enclosed rear garden to let our dog wander about.

A cozy cottage in a stunning location, we enjoyed every moment at this property. We are a family of 7 from 80-11 years old and the accommodation was more than suitable for us. Having a large bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor was essential for our family and the step-free ground floor made a huge difference to our experience. A great property with everything we needed and more comfort than we could have asked for. It comes with a beautiful view, no matter the weather, and is really close to all the attractions that North Wales has to offer. We'll definitely come back again!

As soon as I arrived at the cottage, I thought what a brilliant find. The amazing location is perfect. Watching the sun set over the sea, and the castle light up, with the mountains in the background, could not have been more relaxing and tranquil. The property itself was perfectly clean. What a view. Sitting in the conservatory of on the patio and looking down to the beach and across the bay to Criccieth is a great view. If you like walking you can walk out of the front door down to the beach and all the way to Criccieth and beyond. The property is very isolated (a good thing) but has a stables next door which was not intrusive at Read moreall. This property is described as a 4* which I think is maybe a little optimistic. The facilities were good but some of the materials and workmanship were a bit DIY. However, what a view. Hide

just a couple of small issues, the drain cover in the garden was not fitted correctly and my daughter fell through it ,I reset it, it is now safe, the down stairs shower tray fills up, drainage needs cleaning , the extractor above the cooker is not extracting needs new filter, set off smoke alarms while we were cooking, other than that 10 out of 10Read more stunning location, we will love to go back. Perfect location. Lovely cottage. Great walks tho challenging for the older members of our party. Dogs loved the beach.
