Overlooking the River Esk, with views of the Abbey and the river from all floors. The house is on a private road with its own private parking area for 2 - 3 cars and is less than 5 mins walk into the town of Whitby.There is a private walled front garden with sun terrace looking onto the river and marina, with a south east facing aspect it receives sun for most of the day. The property offers 4 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. There is an additional house bathroom with bath on the ground floor. There are two lounges both with tv, log burning stoves,the ground floor lounge has a dining table seats 4 in the bay window overlooking the garden, ideal for breakfast or afternoon tea.
The large modern Victorian styled dining kitchen seats 8 around an oak topped island fitted with usb charging outlets for modern living, there is also a utility / drying room on the ground floor. This is a lovely house in a great location- it suited our needs perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our family get together here - nice social space but also space to be on our own. Loved it
