Only 8 miles from the village of Tal-y-bont with its shop, pub and restaurant, yet a whole world away from the mad rush of modern life. If required, the owner can also provide a 4x4 vehicle for access.

Enclosed patio, terrace, BBQ set and garden furniture surrounded by 360 views of natural, unspoilt scenery. Bring your binoculars for birdwatching and big mountain views and enjoy the complete tranquillity all around. With no light pollution, this is also the perfect place for stargazing.

- The access road to the property is suitable for high clearance vehicles or 4x4s as there are both a stream and a river to cross. The owner can provide use of a 4x4 vehicle on request at a nominal charge for access to and from the property if this facility is required. At times the river can rise and be impassable so please be aware of this when bringing provisions.
