Just a quick note to say how much we have all enjoyed staying in this beautiful cottage. It had everything we were hoping for, in beautiful surroundings, with plenty of birds and wildlife around us. I particularly enjoyed the early morning activity of the bats, as I sat on the patio with my cup of tea! A great welcome, the Welsh cakes, eggs, milk eRead moretc were greatly appreciated. We all loved reading Phylliss account of her life at the cottage and afterwards, there is so much history in the area. On bank holiday Monday we visited the agricultural show at Llanbrynmair which was a special treat for us, as country folk. It was really hard to leave the cottage and we would all love to come back again soon. Hide

Our 2nd visit to Foel Fach, it is very comfy and homely, especially with the log burner going in the lounge. No near neighbours so extremely quiet. Excellent hosts, there if you need them but leave you to your holiday otherwise. Hope to return again sometime.
