Stunning sea views, beach, local pub, restaurant, luxury spa and a golf course nearby, this property provides an amazing experience. Dolphins can often be spotted in the bay, from the kitchen window. Soak up the view or if you are feeling more active stroll the Coastal Path and visit the gorgeous beach at Mwnt and the history of the tiny local Church. The cottage is in Gwbert, just a short drive from Cardigan and is great for family and friends. Experience a jet boat ride, explore Cardigan Castle which has been totally renovated, or maybe visit the ski slope in Llangrannog. Take a short car journey up the coast and you can explore several special coves and beaches at Aberporth, Tresaith, Penbryn , Cwm Tydu and New Quay. Venture down the coast to Poppit Sands and on to north Pembrokeshire - the choice is endless.


Ground floor

Light airy entrance porch with half staircase down to main living area or up to the bedrooms.

Large fully equipped double aspect kitchen - modern gloss cupboards and central island with rangemaster double oven and 6 ringed gas hob, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster dining table with seating for 8. Sea view.

Glass fronted open porched area ideal as part of the lounge, looking out across the Bay. Comfy lounge seating with sofas. TV, DVD and CD player. Interesting antique and oriental furniture throughout the property including a coffee table made from a camel cart.

Second dining area/ breakfast room or reading/writing room adjoins the lounge. Table and chairs for 4 and a desk / large vanity station.

Utility room with full sized freezer, washing machine, sink and storage.

Cloakroom accessed via small flight of stairs, wc and slate countertop basin.


1st floor

Bedroom 1 - Spacious master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a TV, a private en-suite bathroom. Stunning sea views from double fronted windows, large fitted wardrobes and storage drawers. Walk in shower in en-suite along with WC, slate countertop basin, illuminated mirror and heated towel rail. Quirky v shaped window with side sea view.. 

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom, again with stunning sea views. Wardrobe and storage space.

Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom looking out to the rear of the property. Beds do not link but can be pushed together to act as a double. Interesting oriental furniture, comprising storage cupboard and dressing table.

Master bathroom with bath with shower over bath, wall length mirror, heated towel rail,  wc and slate countertop basin.


Outside

Front lawn area with water feature, stunning uninterrupted sea views out across from front law. (water feature is fed by spring that may dry up during exceptional dry weather)

Rear terrace and garden area with garden furniture to sit out and enjoy. Off street parking for several cars.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Electricity & central heating included. Underfloor heating.

High chair, travel cot and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

No smoking inside and no pets.

Please note although water features in gardens are shallow, young children should not be left unsupervised around these.

Great location with lovely views over the estuary and sea. Spacious well equipped property, comfortable beds. Great base for exploring the region.

Location of property was very good although it was right by the entrance to 2 hotels so quite noisy

Stunning views of the sea and estuary from both lounge and two bedrooms. We were thrilled to see dolphins on the first three mornings of our stay! A great holiday.
