We had an amazing stay at Maesmor. Booking the property went smoothly and the photos are very accurate. The directions were useful and the property was easy to find. It is beautifully secluded and very peaceful. We had a lovely welcome phone call from the owner and welcome basket of yummy goodies. We enjoyed reading about the history of the cottagRead moree and written by the current owner. This is a lovely, homely, traditional and comfortable cottage with a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and my daughters loved waking up and seeing the pheasants and hills out of their bedroom window. Every morning from the conservatory we watched the sun rise over the hills, the many pheasants running around and tried to spot the sheep on the hillside. There are games, music and books and a lovely warm log fire with plenty of kindling, coal and logs. Hide

The owners work hard to ensure the cottage is just right. They even ensure that there are enough daily items for everyone staying.

This is such a beautiful property and the owner has been very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The property has more than the basic things you need and the extra pillows, blankets are such a bonus! The view surrounding the property is breath taking and we also enjoyed bird watching from the sun lounge.

Best equipped holiday cottage I've ever stayed in, everything you could need was there. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Views were amazing. Watching the various birds feeding was a delight. Being on the edge of the mach loop was a bonus we saw a number of jets flying over on their low flight training. We would definitely return.

We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. Everything was there (e.g. spices to cook), as well as cleaning products, toilet paper and thank you for the gifts and the nice phonecall on arrival. The surroundings are stunning and there are a lot of birds in the garden, which is really nice, but guests should be aware that it is very remote andRead more 30 minutes to the nearest village.
