Located near the coast this St Davids Holiday Cottage is perfect for families or groups. With private and shared garden areas including large playing field and only a short walk down to the sea at St Justinians. Superb beaches nearby and of course the famous city of St Davids, Britains smallest city. Ideal for all the activities along the St Davids Peninsula or of course just to relax and take in the beauty of this part of Pembrokeshire. Y Felin is set on a working farm alongside the coast near St Justinians, St Davids.


Ground floor

Lounge - Comfy sofa for 5, TV and a selection of books and boardgames.

Kitchen and diner - Open plan layout with fully eqiupped kitchen including Rangemaster 5 hob gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge.

Dining table with seating for 5/6.

Utility room - WC, washing machine and full sized freezer.


Upstairs

Bedroom 1 - Double bed with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. En-suite bathroom with WC, basin and shower unit.

Bedroom 2 - Single bed.

Bedroom 3 - Single bed.

Bedroom 4 - Single bed.

Master Bathroom - Bath, electric shower over bath, WC and basin.



Outside

Private garden area at rear, large shared central garden area with bench and large BBQ. Further large playing field, totally flat and perfect for rounders, football or any games.

Plenty of parking on the farm.

Pets allowed (max 2 , £25 per pet ). Must be well behaved, cannot be left unattended and not allowed on furniture. As this is a working farm pets must be used to seeing other dogs and animals.

Cot and highchair - Please request on booking and bring own cot bedding.

No smoking.

Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site: a charging point is available nearby.

The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay…Kitchen: kitchen roll, washing up liquid, new dishcloths and scourers, tin foil and cling film. Bathroom: 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: shower cleaner, anti bacterial spray etc.

Can be booked with Y Stablau to sleep 12 in total.

The property was in a lovely secluded quiet place with good views of the surrounding area. The owners of the farm were very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was excellent, spacious yet homely with everything you need.

A very friendly and helpful host added to the overall experience. An amazing setting and lots of lovely walks from the cottage and on a bus route with a regular service and cheap too. If you are bringing a dog, the outside space is not enclosed. We don't watch much TV so the size of the TV wasn't an issue for us but it might be for others. We woRead moreuld definitely visit the area again and stay at Y-Felin. Thank you Hide
