Kitchen-diner. Country style with oak furniture. Dining table and 6 chairs, T.V. and radio, fridge freezer, electric cooker and dishwasher with slate tiled floor.

Sitting room with oak flooring, 3 piece suite with seating for 6 people in front of a gas fire stove, freeview TV and DVD player. French window opening on to patio.

Utility room with entrance to large back patio. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bathroom with over bath shower.

Upstairs

This barn conversion cottage has 2 spacious family bedrooms with oak flooring. Both have en suite shower rooms with slate tile flooring, combination of King and single beds, dressing table, wardrobe, bed side cabinets and ottoman. There is also a TV set in both bedrooms and the sea is just visible from the lower bedroom window.

Large enclosed garden with patio furniture including table, 6 chairs and a gas barbecue.

Lovely location, helpful owner. Great that it is dog friendly. Comfortable and quiet. Local pub friendly and decent pub food.

We thought it was an ideal cottage for our group of three generations and two dogs. Very clean. Great location. Everything you'd need and expect to be available.
