Great walks from the doorstep, fishing available on nearby river, close to world renowned mountain biking centre and a wide range of other popular attractions.

The beautiful large kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob and grill, fridge, microwave and dining table. Very well equipped, plenty of cupboard space and Portmeirion crockery.

The large living room has a wood burning stove set inside an old slate and stone fireplace. Comfortable and cosy room also equipped with Smart TV and DVD player.

Spacious, tastefully decorated super-king bedroom with excellent views and plenty of storage space.
Second double bedroom with plenty of storage space, also tastefully decorated with views over surrounding fields.

The spacious bathroom has a basin, WC, bath and shower over bath.
Garden
Beautiful, enclosed large garden and patio area with a hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, and access to the surrounding fields. (Please note that it takes approx. 7 hours to change and heat the water in the hot tub so may not be ready as soon as you arrive if guests have departed that morning.)

Ironing facilities
Dogs allowed (maximum of 2) for an additional fee of £25 per dog. A third dog can also be considered if they're small dogs.
Important - Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the cottage.
