Ground Floor

Lounge includes gas fire, 50" Freeview TV, DVD and Radio/CD. Spacious room with a 5 seater corner sofa, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 1 single chair, 2 reading chairs, 1 pouffe and coffee table.

Kitchen/Dining has an integrated, eye level electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge with ice box and dishwasher, large island feature for food preparation and granite worktops. Large dining table with seating for up to 15 guests along with a 2 seat breakfast bar, wall mounted Freeview TV and stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed, chest of drawers, 2 bed side lockers and a walk in wardrobe. En suite wet room comprising shower, WC and wash basin.

The house was very nice and on a working farm with plenty of space inside and out, ideal for large family gatherings, the very large dining table was well used in the evening by the adult's, while the large lounge was occupied by the children. The instructions for finding the house could be updated as the Black Lion pub is no longer in the village.

An ideal base for exploring North Wales and parts of Cheshire. Cottage is a great size, plenty of space for all the family. Generally clean and well equipped, the children loved seeing the animals. Owners very friendly and helpful.

What an excellent place to stay. Very well equipped with every essential item you require. Clean a very spacious for large groups. 14 of us felt we had our own space in this lovely house. The owner left us to our own devices which was lovely, although when visiting the cows they were very accommodating with us looking also. I would definitely visRead moreit this accommodation again.
