house is lovely overlooking the sea, everything you need for a nice stay. sea/beach are close but reached either by car or if walking down and back up a steep slope and over a railway crossing, Barmouth a mile away thats the nearest shops and pubs none closer to the house unfortunately so had to drive everywhere. lovely garden for us and our dog veRead morery safe. only met owner when he came to collect 25 for the cost of the dog stay. lovely house lots of space didnt need the log burner as the heating was on,nice and warm downstairs no radiators in bedrooms, main bedroom unable to use as ceiling paint coming down onto bedding and carpets etc so moved to a twin room not used to single beds so not too comfy for us,but sea views were lovely Hide

Our second visit to Taicroesion, yet again we had a fantastic holiday. The cottage is gorgeous and has everything needed. The garden and views are beautiful, and it's very convenient for Barmouth and Dyffryn and the fantastic beaches. The owners are lovely, dog and disabled friendly. I would absolutely recommend it.

Such a relaxing cottage to stay in, views of the sea or gardens from every window, good size rooms and access to the beach via a walkway nearby. Ideal location for exploring or just spending time relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views. Our dog loved it as well.

Fantastic holiday staying in Taicroesion. We walked easily into Barmouth most days, along the beach. The homemade Bara Brith was actually to die for. We tried others during our trip but nothing compared to the homemade one left for us in the cottage. The cottage and gardens were amazing. Traditional farmhouse with all mod cons with some many chRead morearacteristics features. The garden had some many nooks and crannies to it, it's was exciting to explore it. The house was exceptionally clean. All the rooms were a good size too. The beach across the road was great for dog walks and also went swimming. Lovely sandy beach when tide is out. Lovely to meet Gareth, the owner. Such a lovely man. Highly recommend this property. Hide
