The house has a nice view and is close to Nefyn. It is a house of character. The stairs are steep to get to the living area and needs care to negotiate them. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was cozy and with a good supply of hot water.

This is an attractively presented cottage with lovely sea views. The location is good for exploring the Llyn peninsula generally. The Upstairs/downstairs layout might be a problem for some visitors, as the stairs are quite steep. We felt there was rather an absence of welcoming features, and issues with cleanliness in some areas, which hopefully maRead morenagement will address. We enjoyed eating out at the Nanhoron Hotel (best to book) and also Bombay Joes, both in Nefyn itself, so not far to drive back. Hide

Awful! Very dirty accommodation! Not fit for purpose. Very miserable stay. So much dog hair and dust! Ready for a little money to be spent on it - old bedding and towels, soiled cushions and furniture, not comfortable at all. Had to buy cleaning products and tea towels, spent first two days trying to get cleaning to a reasonable standard so we coulRead mored reasonably enjoy our week. Honestly, please do not go and have the same week as ourselves, look for somewhere else. Weve never had an experience like it, would have drove home if I hadnt got my mum joining us for a few nights (first break in a long time). We have been compensated by the letting agent (small proportion as feedback and remedy was more important to us) but I will always have terrible memories. Im sure my sense of smell will return me to the property every time I smell mouldy/damp/wet dog smells and they will be miserable. The property has potential but currently whoever owns/manages the property is really cheaping out on guests. I spent an extra 50 on having my mums dogs there for 3nights and there was more dog hair etc on arrival than when we left. Id like to leave photos but if there are non attached to the review then its because I couldnt. The cottage had a reasonable amount of equipment but it was either unusable or filthy! The best bits of our holiday were getting away from this whole! The ship in edern has lovely food! And the coast is very pleasant! Also the cottage is on the main road and the garden is not secure for most dogs. Hide

A beautiful cottage in a great location for travelling around the peninsula. The kitchen was well equipped. The information book was full of useful information. The traffic on the road at the front did not disturb us and the local beach was amazing

The stairs were incredibly awkward for myself and my sister as we are both in our seventies. We would not have booked if we had known.

A beautifully furnished cottage and an ideal location to explore the Llyn Peninsula. Yes, the cottage sits alongside a road but this did not cause a problem. The upside down social areas offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the cottages grounds are immaculately kept. A lovely place to escape to.

The main reason for score was the location of the cottage, although a brief mention of being situated near a road, it was set against a busy B road which caused traffic noise from 5.00 am in the morning and sometimes in the middle of the night which did hamper sleep.
