Gullsway Lower is a recently renovated property situated on the River Dart waterfront that boasts stunning views across the riviera. With Dartmouth town centre a short walk away, you can enjoy all of the delights that Dartmouth has to offer including an elegant mix of eateries, cafe's and shops as well as the bustling Marina. The apartment itself has been tastefully re-decorated and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is an open plan kitchen/dining area with panoramic views over the River Dart as well as an outside terrace where you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the boats sail by.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events, The Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and the Dartmouth Food Festival.

Parking Car park permit is provided with this property, please be aware this doesn't guarantee you a space in Mayor's Avenue Car Park. The car park is located in the centre of town roughly 10 minutes walk from the property. 

 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. Gas central heating. 

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). If you'd like the twin beds linked please order this in advance when placing your booking.

Notes - No Smoking. Maximum of 2 pets accepted. Please be aware the property is located on the waterfront therefore, accessed via 89 steps. WiFi Provided. Mobile Phone Signal is Strong. Please do not leave your children unattended on the terrace, the terrace backs directly onto the river, it is a low wall and extra care must be taken. Guests to provide their own logs for fire.

The property is lovely and beautifully located on the river dart - we had everything we needed for our stay. Just wish there was not 89 steps to get to it but I would definitely book again as the location and accommodation make up for it!

Amazing location to stay in Dartmouth, as the property is right on the waterside, which was my primary reason for booking. The property is also a stones throw away from the town centre. The view and location is truly outstanding and will be forever etched in our memory for years to come. We absolutely loved it and well worth the climb up and down the steps to the apartment to sit on the terrace and watch the world go by on the water. We are well travelled but never had a view as good as this one. Highly recommended!
