Gulls Cry is a lovely chalet and well appointed. Cosy and compact but it is very well stocked with everything you need. The view from the garden is beautiful but be aware the garden is on a steep slope. Stoke Fleming is a lovely small village and location great for Dartmouth, Totnes and beaches.

Lovely chalet with wonderful views out to sea. Small but comfortable and suitable for 2 people. Beware of the steep steps down to entrance and the narrow lane from the main road to the property. Good location for Dartmouth and surrounding area. Hope to return in the future.

Really great location and lovely sea views, enjoyed listening to the birds, owl and pheasant and watching the yachts. Really clean and comfy place, bijou but perfectly formed, great little terrace to sit and enjoy the sun. Good location as only a short drive to Dartmouth, Torcross and a 20 minute walk to Blackpool Sands.

The access road is not the easiest...very steep and narrow... a real problem if you meet another vehicle

The best thing about this property is the situation and sea view. The lighting and heating are excellent. The chalet is cosy, the photos on the website give the impression of larger accommodation than it really is.

Very quiet, comfortable bed and small but everything you need. Easy access to towns. One car only in lane a bit scary but worth it.

Well equipped and comfortable property with great view. A very good location for exploring this part of Devon coastline. The fact that everything in the property worked as intended made it an easy and very enjoyable stay.

The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped, in a fantastic position with a lovely view. It feels very homely with thoughtful finishing touches such as throws (very welcome on unseasonably chilly evenings in July!) and sea-related pictures and mirror frames. I would definitely return.

A little gem of a place. Superb views of the coast. Peaceful. Ideally situated for exploring the Dartmouth area and surrounding areas. Beautiful walks on the doorstep.
