Sea Breeze apartment is a luxury 2-bedroom first floor apartment within the modern, and perfectly located, 'Berkeley Mansions'. From its elevated position, on The West Cliff, the property offers stunning panoramic sea views from Whitby Abbey to Sandsend. This sophisticated property is well equipped and furnished to a high standard, light and spacious with a Juliet balcony off the kitchen diner overlooking crescent gardens towards the whale bones and St Marys Church.
The apartment is close to the leisure centre, swimming pool, Whitby Spa Pavilion Theatre and beaches. The town centre is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment so take that leisurely stroll along the cliff tops, down through ancient cobbled streets, enjoying the sea and harbour views on your way.

En suite: Shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin with storage.
Bedroom 2: Zip & Link King size bed (which upon request can be made up as a twin) and built in wardrobe. Large wall mounted TV with Freeview. Views overlooking archery green, towards the whale bones and Whitby Abbey.
Bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, toilet, washbasin, large mirror and a shelf for storage.

Pets: Sorry no pets.
Parking: Off-street parking available but it is limited to one car per flat and is strictly on a first come first served basis additionally scratch cards are also provided for zoned, local street parking on neighbouring roads. Spaces are on a first come first served basis.

Had a great stay. The apartment is in a superb location with amazing sea views, with just a short walk into Whitby harbour and the Abbey. The apartment is ideal for a family. It has two bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds). There is a lift upto the apartment which is handy if you have suitcases or have mobility issues. There is onsite parking whRead moreich is quite small but we had no issues parking up. There are scratch cards provided for parking on street if needed but we didnt need to use them. All in all we had a great stay and got to explore the area. Flamingoland was only a 40 minute drive away which was ideal and its a fab day out for the family. Hide

A really nice stay at sea breeze. Very warm flat. Beds very comfy but not so in the living room. Tha 2 chairs pictured in holiday cottages are not there. One very uncomfortable sofa. The weather was terrible the 4 days but made the most of our stay.

The apartment is very spacious, light and airy with exceptional views of the sea and the Abbey. The equipment is very modern and very clean. Having off street parking for one vehicle is a big help. The centre of Whitby is only a 10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hopefully we'll be coming back in the near future.

One of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in. Easy access via a lift for those with limited mobility, like me. Private parking. Ideal location. Beautiful views. Well equipped. Warm in colder weather. Comfortable seating and comfy beds. Helpful owner. Highly recommended.

Whale spotting from the apartment windows was an extra treat in a wonderfully relaxing week. Immediate access to lovely coast walks, to the town, boat rides, and restaurants meant we didnt want or need to use the car at all. (Another year we had explored the North York moors - such a beautiful area).

This is the second year we've stayed at Sea Breeze - and it certainly won't be the last! A really peaceful spot with the most amazing views. The accommodation is very spacious with plenty of room for 4. The parking spot for the week was a huge bonus (although cards are provided if you need to park just outside). Our first holiday in Whitby, celebrating my 60th Birthday. Property is well situated on West Cliff with sea views. Short walk into Town, we found about three routes down to the Town. Property is on a cliff, so a bit of a climb in places. Property is well equipped, but I doubt many will cook as the Town has so many great places to eat. Notably Read moreaward winning fish restaurants. Parking is first come first parked, but If sensibly parked accommodates seven vehicles. Permits for free on street parking are provided if it is a problem. Great place to stay, mostly quiet, sat by the windows with a glass of wine looking out to sea and those walking the promenade. Lovely modern, light and airy apartment with great views. The beds were comfy. Can't say the same for the sofas, hard leather with very low backs. They were like sitting on a bench.

Overall this is the 2nd time we visited this cottage and it exceeded expectations..love this place...would have been nice if you did say weds to monday as then we could have both weekend nights there which we love...the late chevk in anf out are a bit of a bind...come on guys covids over...no excuses for such a late arrival and early departure
