The Mews is perfectly suited to couples and companions of all ages being a single storey, ground level apartment. Approaching the apartment the exterior presents very well with planters each side of the entrance door bringing a welcoming element to your final destination.
The entrance door into the apartment takes you into the sitting room with wood flooring and quality soft furnishings. There is plenty of seating choice for two with the room providing two sofas complete with a footstool for each. A wall mounted television and CD/Radio player are the perfect finishing touch for relaxing. The kitchen diner has a modern finish with soft close units and all self-catering necessities supplied. A sliding door from this area takes you to a small utility area with a washing machine and hooks for coats. An additional door from the sitting room leads you to the comfy twin bedroom. The spacious En-suite Shower Room is a real ‘wow’ and a large shower cubicle is provided with a double head shower along with a vanity unit. Underfloor heating throughout this delightful Southwold apartment keeps guests warm and cosy.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
