This beautiful three bedroomed house is situated in the popular historic seaside town of Whitby, it has private off street parking and an enclosed patio with outside seating. The house has been furnished and presented to a very high standard and with a great attention to detail and yet retains lots of character and charm. All the rooms are spacious and well proportioned, and offer stylish and elegant accommodation with a modern contemporary touch. 16 Park Terrace is located just a short walk to Whitby town centre, shops, tearooms and restaurants and is a great choice for a family holiday or a seaside break with friends.

Good location if you are ok with hills. Parking is great . The top floor is best for people with good mobility as the stairs are steep. The property was well presented and had everything you could want. Plenty of space and great kitchen dinning area. Bet it's great in the summer as well for eating outside. Such a lovely property. Had everything we could have needed. Love the outside seating. Only a short walk into the centre of Whitby, 10 minutes maximum. Definitely recommend.

The accommodation was very good. Provided us with sufficient room for our party and was well equipped. Positioned close to the sea front and the rail station. Meaning that a car was not essential. A throughly enjoyable stay was had by all.

Quality stunning property with that home from home feel/ warm modern heating system modern kitchen with all equipment needed to prepare meals - excellent showers- comfy beds and sofas. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The welcome pack was a really nice touch. The addition of the parking was a real bonus and the fact that the property was close to amenities was great. I would definitely stay again and recommend the house to others.

A lovely house that is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It is ideal for families with plenty of games, books and dvds to entertain the whole family. There was a small welcome pack of milk tea and coffee. The car parking space was really invaluable especially as parking in Whitby is very busy. We really loved staying at 16 Park Terrace. It was very well equipped with a fabulous kitchen and adjoining dining area which is great for families. Its very close to all amenities and a great base from which to explore North Yorkshire.

This is a lovely cottage a short (steep!) 10 min walk down to the harbour and into town. There is a great parking space large enough for any car and just about room for two medium sized cars right in front of the house which is very convenient. Nice sized well appointed comfortable sitting room with two large sofas and a chair. Useful hanging hooksRead more and shoe rack at the back of the hall which is v handy if you have been out walking. Charming dining area and well equipped kitchen at the back with all the equipment you would need including oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher all in as-new condition. Lots of natural light the kitchen from widows and doors opposite working area. Outside at the back there is no garden but a simple (but useable and clean) yard. Main bedroom is a good size and v comfortable. We didn't use the other bedrooms. Very good heating system and hot water and showers excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would go again. Whitby has a lot to offer, especially if you explore a bit and Robin Hood's Bay, Staithes and Runswick Bay all just a few minutes away in the car as well. Hide

Lovely well situated house with the bonus of off street parking for two cars. Superb holiday accommodation, like being home from home with all the amenities, also a bonus to have off road parking for two vehicles. Ideally located for town and everything is in walking distance, with lots of lovely walks further a field to do and plenty of places to eat and drink along the way.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious house with everything you could possibly need, the best we have stayed in in Whitby! The decor and furnishings were a lovely mix of old and new. Location was perfect and with parking it was ideal. Lovely little paved courtyard at the back was perfect for our dog. Didn't want to leave, will definitely return!
