5 stars really doesnt seem enough as our experience at Harbour Rise has been first class! Jenny is an exceptional host who went above and beyond both prior to and after our stay. Communication was top class and Jenny even ensured that the belongings we had left behind were returned to us promptly. The apartment itself is very well maintained, Read morefull of home comforts/little luxuries and had everything we needed. It was spotless on arrival and had a very generous welcome hamper full of delicious goodies for us to enjoy upon arrival. The apartment has a luxury feel to it with lots of added extras and is furnished to a high standard. There were activities and games available to keep our children occupied and the outdoor area provided the perfect place enjoying a morning coffee/evening drinks. The location was perfect and provided a perfect base to explore the local area. The designated secure parking was a bonus and large enough to park our small campervan. Overall this has been the best holiday home we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend it. We will definitely return when we visit the area again. Hide

Harbour Rise is a beautifully presented apartment which was spotlessly clean and everything you need for a short break or holiday. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and the owners communication before and during our stay was excellent. It is located about 5 minutes walk from Whitby centre and has a dedicated secure underground car parking space Read morewhich is a bonus. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard with lots of lovely touches, making it feel like home from home. This apartment is exceptionally well appointed. It is spotlessly clean, warm, welcoming and has many beautiful finishing touches which lift it a cut above the rest. The welcome pack is above and beyond. This is the best apartment we have stayed in in 15 years of visiting Whitby. Really cannot speak highly enough and would recommend every time.

Loved this property. Clean, comfortable, airy with plenty of kitchen utensils and a very relaxing colour scheme. A guaranteed parking spot was essential for us and this went the extra mile by being off-street, secure and in a great central location. Lovely unexpected welcome pack from the kind, helpful owner was a nice touch. A top stay.

Fantastic apartment only a short walk to Whitby town centre. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable with the added bonus of a secure parking space. This was our third stay at Harbour Rise and was just as happy and satisfying as the previous two. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, quiet and very close to everything Whitby has to offer. Added to this is Jenny's warm and welcoming feeling as a host, making Harbour Rise our go-to place to stay in Whitby. We would highly recommend it!

Jenny was an excellent host who communicated with us personally and went above and beyond to provide us with every comfort. She included oat milk in our welcone pack as our son has an allergy, and provided toys, beach towels and buckets and spades. A great apartment with the added bonus of a car parking space. Everything you could want/need. A comfortable place from the moment you step inside. The host has thought about every detail to make your holiday/stay enjoyable. The welcome pack is a lovely touch including the fresh flowers.
