There is plenty of room to unwind and take in the views with two sitting rooms, one on the ground floor and a second on the first floor. The Kitchen is warm and inviting with an electric Aga and plenty of dining space for large gatherings. Enjoy the fantastic vista view in the master bedroom from the large picture window. There is a further super king bedroom on the ground floor and two twin bedrooms on the first floor, ideal for youngsters. Go exploring in the garden, a safe haven for little ones. Wander to the stunning sandy beach of Old Hunstanton with its beach huts and tall stripy cliffs, the nearby Michelin star restaurant 'The Neptune' is just a short walk from Woodford, ideal for a special occasion. Family friendly Hunstanton is also close by, a traditional sea side town with beach side promenades, Sea Life Centre, amusements and fun fair. Just further down the beach spot the brightly coloured kites, the area is known for kite surfing and windsurfing. Take a trip for a lovely afternoon in the quaint village of Burnham Market with its boutique shops and fine eateries. Old Hunstanton is also close to the popular coastal sailing spot at Brancaster Staithe perfect for budding enthusiasts and why not finish up with a spot of supper in The White Horse overlooking the salt marshes.
