Pen Y Mor has everything you could need and all of it with heaps of vintage style. Just up the road is the Scarlet Hotel where adults can enjoy a beautiful meal or a relaxing day trip to the spa. There is also the Bedruthan Hotel with their child friendly Wild Café and soft play for rainy days. The town of Newquay is about a 15 minute drive where you can shop, surf, eat or even take a sea safari for the day. Great spacious property, perfect for large family and amazing location. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. Cleanliness could have been a bit better and shame hot tub isnt for use of guests but we had a fab holiday and will return next year!

A really beautiful holiday home with lovely considered decor and layout. I would at least have a King size bed in the master bedroom and new seating on the front decking is definitely required! Location superb. Lovely conservatory to sit in and lovely garden patio area. The owners must be very proud - wish it was mine!

We enjoyed our stay at Pen y Mor. The house has plenty of space and was well equipped, and in a good position within walking distance of Mawgan Porth beach and the local amenities. We felt that the front veranda needed a safety strip along the edge of the step, as it was difficult to see the change in levels, particularly in the evening when we wRead moreanted to sit and enjoy the sunset. If taking a dog, be aware that the back garden is not completely enclosed. As the property came up in the dog friendly search, we assumed that it would be. Hide

Perfect location but tricky walk to the beach as no path and busy road. Accommodation lovely. As above, no barbecue available or access to the hot tub was disappointing as weather was perfect. Coffee cups dont fit under the coffee machine!

The cottage requires a clean and refresh inside and out. The rear garden is not 'user friendly', The wood fired hot tub should be condemned.

We love this house and have stayed here several times. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach and amenities. House has everything you could need for an enjoyable family stay. Whist in need of a few repairs such as dog proofing the garden, the house remains a firm favourite.

Great location just up the hill from Mawgan porth beach. Easy walking access via either the road or coastal path - although those with limited mobility would struggle the plus side is the beach front car park is only 5 a day. Of an evening and the front veranda caught the evening sun. Quiet of an evening and beds all very comfortable - black out Read moreblinds ensured a good night sleep. Kitchen well equipped, with modern appliances. Only small downside was that, it was only a small freezer box in the fridge not a proper freezer. As a family of 8 who had brought some of our meals pre made frozen plus ordering some tubs of ice cream from our supermarket delivery we found ourselves quickly out of space! Other than that cant really fault it. Hide
