The cottage is just under six miles from the popular market town of Hawes where you will find a large selection of Dales pubs, quirky shops and tearooms and the local markets.

Fishing permit provided from Lunds to Bainbridge beat. The property has a spring fed water supply and the water can be discoloured at times.
