Lovely location very quiet and neighbours friendly. Good dog walks and Southwold beautiful but the cottage needs a good clean and supply enough equipment for a family for the week.

Rushmeres lounge, kitchen diner and main bedroom are very spacious and comfortable. The other rooms are comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped (take your own kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets and extra toilet rolls). The property is in a very quiet lane with easy walks to the heathland and into Southwold. We will definitely book again.

This cottage is amazing. It is such a wonderful place to stay - it is very spacious, comfortable and has everything a guest needs and a lot more. It is exceptionally well-equipped and a lot of thought has gone into the fine details, which make the cottage a fabulous environment, in which to spend a holiday. There is a lovely garden, which is fully Read moreenclosed and safe for children and dogs. The location is perfect - very quiet and a 5-10 minute drive from Southwold - a delightful, traditional seaside town with a wealth of independent shops and cafes, lovely beaches and a wonderful pier and promenade. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough - it is fabulous! Hide
