Beachcomber Cottage was clean and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The folder giving details of appliances etc was very useful, as was the advice regarding places to eat in the area. Advice regarding use of the boiler if required is useful - we actually only switched to water plus heat once for a short time during our week's stay, but having tRead morehis advice prevents unnecessary tampering with the settings. The owners have obviously given thought to the likely experiences of guests. My husband and I consider this to be one of the best places in which we have stayed. Sadly the weather was not really warm enough for us to have used the outside seating, though the clothes line was much appreciated. Thank you. Hide

We had a lovely stay. The property was clean and well presented. It had all the equipment that we needed during our stay. The property is in a fantastic location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach or to the town. We had no problem with parking on the street during our stay. For those that may be thinking of staying the stairs are steep (we didnRead more't let our toddler walk down them) and the only bathroom is downstairs. A really nice touch was the selection of toys and books available for at home and the beach. Hide

Beautiful cottage, very clean and has so much kitchen equivalent, lots of game and activities for children, the garden area is lovely and nice to sit in. Also has a Washington machine and washing line and pegs which made it great when we had been up the beach or pool. The bathroom was lovely and just right. The cottage came with two folder with Read moreso much information in them, all about what to do with the household items, for example cooker and washing machine and where to go. The folders are a must read for all visitors and guests as it's so helpful. Hide

Really lovely bright and airy cottage. A quiet street and a short walk to Tesco, town centre and the beach. Beds are comfortable. Appreciated the black out blinds! Really well catered for families. My daughters spent most of the entire week reading all the books on the shelves, playing with the Lego, Duplo and puzzles. Lots to choose from. Kitchen Read moreso well equipped, everything one needed for home cooking for our family of 5. Appreciated the sandwich bags, foil and cling film and of course the washing machine and capsules! The bread on the counter and the milk in the fridge was a really sweet touch. The extra blankets, the hairdryer, the hooks, cupboards, shelves to put all our things. The washing line, the trunk with lots of buckets and spades etc. Thanks so, so much, we really enjoyed our stay. Hide

Great cottage. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable and quiet. Very thoughtfully decorated. Well equipped. Short walk to sea front and town centre. A lovely base for sightseeing that part of Norfolk (Cromer, Wells, Sheringham).
